You need to contact the billing agent and explain the situation: that you are unable to get service, that you cancelled your membership, and are still being billed.
If nothing else, you should not be billed again.
And, you should be able to cancel past payments, if you have an email or documentation that you cancelled your membership.
You didn't specify who the billing agent is.
Look at your credit card statement: that should give you the name of the billing agent, and a contact point (telephone number, web site URL).
Contact the PU staff. They might be able to offer help on the issue. But you will need to give details on the billing agent, and maybe some of your membership details (login name, whatever).

When I had my issues with the it appeared that the problem was with the site itself and not the biller. For some reason the sites (it happened with more than one membership) kicked through a re-join even though I hadn't been a member for over a month and had successfully cancelled. The biller I had was VXS Bill and they were really helpful. If you haven't done so already, give them a call.
Also, please let us know how you make out. While there are lot of different porn interests here the one common interest we all share is any information or warnings on billing problems.

Head's up - I had another billing from one of the Lansky sites. This time it was Vixen. I haven't been a member there for many months and a $99 charged showed up on my card. I really don't think this is the biller's issue. I think Vixen (and the other Lansky sites that billed me months after I cancelled) are doing this on purpose.
