Thanks for the comments, BadMrFrosty. I walked into this disaster with my eyes wide open so I can't blame anyone but myself. This network could really have been a home run with some of the themes they have, but they really fail to deliver. I'm sure developing and running a good porn website is difficult, but that's why you hire people who know the technical stuff. But since they appear to have been around for years I'd guess that they don't intend to change, and they don't rely on repeat business.

I live in Madrid. i don't have a fast connection, perhaps technically it is, but given the speeds that our american friends get i don't think of it as a fast connection. I signed up for 6 megabytes with my telephone company. the fastest download speed i've ever gotten from a site was 650 kps, i'm getting this DL speed from ITC. I can download four files from ITC at a time and get over 200 kps in each one of them, that's a lot, as far as i know, considering my connection. i'm not very familiar with telematics so that's all i can tell you. i remember that you were a DDF member, well, the fastest DL i got from them a month ago was 390 kps; last summer i was getting a measly 150 kps when downloading a single file from videobox -i know that there have been complaints over videobox's download speeds from pornusers and i can attest to their assertions-.

Yeah, I was pondering to give something below 80% since the shortcomings were beginning to mount up a bit. I don't have more justifications than those from my bottomline though. Will consider to go down to 75% or something like that.

No, the site is not "marketed" as a live site as such.
When I first joined the site, I did not even know that Lys did live shows...
I only discovered that when I sent her an email and got back an immediate response !
This is what I am trying to tell you about this site.
The people who make the effort to get to know Lys
will find that this site is unique !
I can't make it happen for you. All I can do is tell you what you don't know.
I'm live with her right now so I will leave this discussion !

From a technical perspective your review is harsh and reflects your opinions based on a cursory review of the site.
But your review is hardly "fair" !
You do LYS an injustice by not being thorough in evaluating her site's value for ALL prospective members ...
Maybe for you the Live Shows are irrelevant ... and that is YOUR bias !
What you are trying to do is compare Lys' site to all others... and it doesn't work that way with Lys.
Lys' site is unique in ways you cannot even imagine, my friend !
Lys is a special human being ! It does not take long to discover this if you interact with her live.
And once you get to "know" Lys, her content will have greater appeal.
Certainly, there can be site improvements and her members would all love to see her photo gallery updated and to add a forum.
Lys' webmaster has some work to do but the site is still young and evolving.
That will come in time.
Your review missed the very reason why someone would want to join Lys' site ... but only by about a mile !
My comments are intended to give prospective members a glimpse into the "possible" ... and to give your review much needed balance.
It all depends on what you are looking for ...
I found what I was looking for ... Lys !
...and like I said in my comments to your review, the minor site issues don't matter as much.

I would have recommended that you join teencoreclub.com instead of just this site. It's about 50$ but you get maketeengape.com as well as 14 other sites. Mind you some of these are no longer updating and there is a lot of girls doing the same thing in more than one of the sites.
Sadly you picked one of their newer sites that is actually recycling older content or is releasing an improved version of an older scene.

So you're the guy who makes all the producers of DVDs start without a lead-in story to throw us right into the action. :-)
See under positives: "No messing about, scene starts and within a minute the guy is balls deep in the models mouth."
This is written in a good natured way, of course, because everyone is entitled to their own taste, so don't take offense, but if many more in your generation feel this way I now see the reason why all DVDs these days are so devoid of story lines.
And thanks for the review. I'll make sure I'll steer away from that site.

The "substantial number of people" is the problem (and OK, this is the result of the attitude). I would happily boycott MetArt if I knew a substantial amount of users would do the same. There should be a list with participants and if the number goes up to a reasonable amount it would have the desired effect.

Hmm, converting 19,97€ to $ it's about 26$. It's a little bit cheaper than before, but not much though. It sucks that one has to be so attentive to the currency. So it's still the same. Living in the US, join, living in Europe don't.

You should make that fact a separate comment, BadMrFrosty, because the fact a site stopped updating in 2008 is a major factor in the value of a site or network. It would certainly stop most people from choosing any membership that went beyond one month.
A comment gives the fact greater prominence than if it's buried in a reply to a comment. :)
