The problem with this company's sites is that the models have all moved on so they have no more updates. Just a guess but I'd say they know the city the same way the dating sites can post ads for people in your area .. by IP. For example, when I visit it shows where my ISP is rather than the actual xcity where I'm at. BTW, I doubt seriously the info is actually recorded (for non-members) though IP's are (as a rule) in server logs.
