In most cases this problem arises when your browser doesn't accept cookies, so please make sure it is set correctly.
For the Firefox browser, you must check the privacy settings. They must show "Remember history" enabled or if you use custom settings, then "Accept third party cookies" must be enabled too.
For the Internet Explorer please follow the instructions in the following video:

Yeah this is a strange one, I too didn't have any problems with the recent visit I had to the site, all downloads were fast enough, I couldn't complain and support was good. I hope you get the problem resolved quickly.

I'm a full member of Diesel at the moment haven't had any problems downloading the movies at all, it's a shame you have heard nothing back from their support though :(

This seems odd and isn't something that I encountered. I did have a problem but that more with the biller than the site. I think the site owner / webmaster checks in here once in a while and he was certainly helpful with me. I'm fairly sure that the technical help you're emailing is probably a third-party because they really didn't hrlp me either, but once I posted my concerns here the webmaster jumped in and fixed things. I hope that happens for you too.
I hope this gets fixed for you because these are great sites. The models are amazing and the technical stuff is great too. But I do know how frustrating it can be to pay for a membership and not get access.

Absolutely no problem downloading when i was there and that was only 2 months ago, although i can't speak for the rest of the network as i only had single site access to YLP. They had a couple of issues with download speed on a couple of occasions which made the site almost unusable but that only lasted the odd evening or two.
