Yeah you do right mate, golden rule is the customer is always right, well yeah they maybe a few exceptions to this but without people leaving happy and never returning and spreading the word about how badly they got treated , it can only do that business no good what so ever can it.

Wow, thanks for the warning, that is the worse case of customer service too, just saying well you should of read the terms, no one would expect such a term to exist, contact them within 30 days, madness and total rip off, that type of behavior certainly won't get you a successful business in the long term, I'll stay far away from this site , cheers

Yes, it's explained in the terms and conditions, but that doesn't mean it's right or fair. It's clearly there to trick customers so that they end up paying for an extra months membership they don't want. There's no other reason for it, and no other website I've joined does this.
I never join websites with business practices like that because I'm sure that's not the only time the webmaster will try and catch you out, and to me, that's all it amounts to.
