Hm that's a real good question which I am not 100% sure about but I would say looking at the content anything from 2012 and before is exclusive.
Hope this helps a bit.

Currently we buy non exclusive content from producers not really other sites as they just buy from the same producers.
The current rate is about 60-40 with 60% being non exclusive and 40% being exclusive.
Going back to fully exclusive is something we are working on but it's very costly considering we have 24 updates per week.

The only exceptions used to be sites like AEBN and Hot Movies because they have movies that are simply no longer available anywhere else but I stopped using them in the last few years because the cost to satisfaction ratio is just too high.

They do. For example, I have some photosets from W4B that I downloaded as zips with resolution 3744x5616. Those were available as of December 2014.

Looks like they rolled out a redesign of their landing page, and maybe more. They seem to have taken down some content too, based on the stats on the landing page. Stats before the redesign:
12,178 Porn videos
4,770 Hours of porn
3,071 Pornstars
219 Genres
And after:
11,312 Porn videos
4,414 Hours of porn
2,875 Pornstars
49 Genres
That adds up to 196 porn stars and 356 hours of porn less than before the redesign. Maybe we'll get an explanation before we assume the worst.
Their join page says "new website coming soon." The stats may be inaccurate if things are actively changing. Maybe we will see more changes at 21sextury.com soon.

Sorry that was so frustrating. We created the Nubiles-porn network for people who ONLY want to see sex and not solo girls. At the same time we knew the members of Nubiles.net would like the EXTRA FREE videos that cost a fortunate to shoot. We actually thought we were adding value, sorry that it only pissed you off. Most companies would have made them 2 separate sites where you have to pay for both. We will consider splitting them up so there is no confusion.

You could use a batch renamer like Advanced Renamer to add the models name or whatever to the files. No need to rename every file manually.

I'm a current member. Now they just give the file numbers without the size, such as 4287001, 4287002, etc. I like this better myself because I can replace a smaller-sized pic with a larger one with a simple drag-and-replace.
But everyone has their own preference for file naming.
The folder names are as Tangub said.

Not when I was last a member there which was back in July 2011, file names were just numbers typically in the format 3147_2000, 3148_2000 with the 2000 being the size of the pics.
