I bought a lifetime membership for $100 on one of their specials.
Anyway, I can still download the clips.
The hot link to download a clip is:
a downward pointing arrow, with a _ beneath it.
(The hot link icon is small).
Click on the hot link icon, and, depending on your file-saving mechanism, you should be able to download a clip.
I checked different clips for different celebrities, and they all were able to download.
I did this today, March 10, 2018.
So I don't know why support said downloads are not available.
