I would suspect a java-script problem. But that's a guess.
When I go to the URL you gave, there are letters in the "Access Key" field.

Are you referring to the access key in this picture http://i188.photobucket.com/albums/z288/...ey9910/accesskey.jpg ? If so, while I'm not a member of the site, I having no problems being able to see it or make it out.
So you've tried it on two pc's and two browsers (both IE and Firefox) and both had the same problems? What happens if you try direct linking the log in page: http://exclusive.premiumpass.com/Login/login/ ? Other then that, I'm lost.

If by "access key" you mean the secret word thingy, badandy400 said one possible solution to guessing hard-to-see secret words is:
"Push refresh a couple times you end up with a semi-readable one."
He also reports using a girlfriend to see if she can't guess the word better.
You could also try using a different browser, such as firefox or opera, to see if that will let you log in more easily.
If none of the above work, call your credit card company that you signed up with. Tell them your story, that you paid for membership to a site, and you were not able to log on to the site. Most credit card companies would, I believe, cancel the charge for that membership. You don't even have to tell the credit card company that it's an adult site, all you have to do is give the name of the company that charged you, which will be on your credit card statement.
I'm only surprised that ccbill did not give you a refund. They have a very good reputation for being helpful and reliable.

This is not OK for an internet company to do and in Europe I think it is illegal:
It is OK to bill in the local currency but you can not have a euro or dollar eqvivilant price that is higher in one country than the other: It should be the same dollar/euro price.
I think Apple's Itunes Europe had to change their pricing in Europe after they trid to charge some European customers more than others.
European Union competition law states that all European customers should be charged the same price no matter where they live: Brazzers want to charge French euro customers more than UK (£) or Swedish (skr) customers.
Of course we consumers hsould not accepts this!!

Hello.
This is brazzers' reply to my question:
Hi,
in European countries we charge in Euros and we do the same for any foreign country and charge them in their local currencies as well.
For any more enquiries about this matter, please contact support@brazzers.com .
Best Regards.

Just FYI, I'm a member of Brazzers and live in the USA. I am billed in dollars and I am paying the USD19.95 rate.
I see no reason why you should be paying at par in Euros. By my calculation, the Euro price should be Euro13.12 at the current exchange rate of USD1.52 per Euro1.00.
Please post the reply you get from Brazzers. It should be interesting.

Hello,
Thank you all for checking out our website. We have the drm's up there to manage our content and to keep track of how many people have downloaded it. We really do appreciate this website and everyone's contribution and comments. A few months ago we saw a lot of posts of everyone expressing their concerns about our drm's and that the movies would not work unless you’re a member. So we listened to what everyone said and changed our license to a silent license. This means that these movies will work even if you’re no longer a member. However, we still feel a need to keep the drm on the content to manage our content and to keep track that these movies do not end up being uploaded to tube sites. These movies are designed for your own personal use and not to be shared on other tube sites.
We do not have any adware/spyware attached to this license either. The drm is strictly intended to manage our content, that's it. =)
If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me directly at: laurel@redlightrevenue.com or post on this board.
Again, thank you for your comments.
Laurel
