Where did I say that everyone who gets charged fluctuating prices complains? Where did I say that all sites which don't use regional prices go under?

"Regional pricing" is not an euphemism for looting. It's all in what the website decides. CCBill allows for different charges for U.S. versus European users, a site could set up, say 25 euros for European residents, and $35 for U.S. residents, and some do. That is regional pricing, it is close to fair enough for everyone, CCBill allows it, it's the website's choice to make use of it or not.

There are advantages to regional pricing, it is just up to the site owner to use his own judgment of what he wants to do.

One of the advantages of regional pricings are that the prices are fixed.

If a site is 30 euros/month, in Dollars one month it's $45, next month $47, next month $40, next month $50. I'm sure that fluctuation pisses off a whole other set of subscribers too - "Why am I being forced to pay $50 when last month it was $40???!!!"

Regional pricings are not inherently evil, it's just a tool for the site owner to use at his own discretion. It's not "an euphemism for looting".

Don't worry. US users are paying the same as you. There's no discount at all. We take into consideration the average exchange rate between Euro/US. The payment processor do the actual conversions which comes to the same price in your local currency.

The videos. Videos prior to 2007 didn't look bad at all in all the sites. allinternal, asstraffic, spermswap spring to mind. Again, be it as it may, your videos prior to 2007 don't look good IMHO.

I said that customer support at hotlegsandfeet is very good, didn't i? I only stated that it could be EVEN better by replying faster to e-mails.

Euro holders ought to be entitled to the same offers that USD holders get. At least that's my take on the subject.

Hi nostromo, thanks for your review. We need to clarify a few things.

Videos 2006 and prior years didn't have HD quality because HD simply didn't exist. Not sure why this would be a negative. We're simply following the video technology as it evolves just like any other site. Back in 2001 when we launched the site, cameras were definitely not as good as today's. In 5 years from now, videos and pics will be even better quality. This will never stop. Its the way progress works :)

We always reply to all our emails within a few hours, at most 12-14 hours. Many many adult sites don't even bother to reply.

As far as pricing, we set the pricing in US and EU countries to be the same worth but since exchange rates change daily, there might be some very slight differences. Its much better doing this than charging an even higher euro pricing to everyone as DDF is based in Europe. The other issue is that our team works very hard to create our sets and they are very expensive to produce. DDF barely breaks even. You can quote me on this. Ask Denys yourself. We are doing our sites because we are just as passionate as you are.

I download at 1.5 to 2.5 MB/Sec on their big HD Video files consistently all the time on a 5 month membership. Their download speed on Comcast Boost Cable Internet is very fast with zero issues. Great site for their niche and a well run site. Never an issue with downloading. If your downloads are slow it’s your connection not the ITC server.

I got inconsistant download speeds when I was a member a couple of months ago. Sometimes it would fly with speeds of 80+ mbit/sec and other times crawl at 3 mbit/sec.

Can I ask where are you based, what connection you have and what speeds you are getting?

I have always gotten speedy downloads from ITC, even when downloading multiple huge files at once, so it's nice to hear you are now getting in on the 'action' like many other members. They have some seriously large HD video files so fast downloads are pretty critical to enjoying their content.

It isnt the number of movies he makes, if you count all the directors under the Jules Jordan banner they probably put out as much product as the Zero Tolerance brands do.

The problem is that Jules seems to be totally against internet downloads and taking the focus off the DVD market. This has been especially true it seems in the last two years or so.

I too remember when this one of the best websites around and now it's just awful.

Just one more very quick remark: It was definitely a Biller issue in my case because my card was never declined. I used the same card to re-subscribe and everything went without a hitch. I thought the whole thing had been corrected but there you are a week or so later???

It seems like messmer was right on the money.

Jeff, i joined the site on February the 24TH and cancelled the next day. I charged my virtual credit card before joining your site, Jeff, for a little over the exchange of 29.90 USD in euros and i was given full access to your site. Then, the events followed as it is written in the above comments. I haven't been billed as of today according to my virtual credit card statements. Anyways, in a few days time, tops, the card statement should reflect the charges.

I apologize for your trouble. Can you please e-mail me your username or subscription ID so I can look into it for you? jeff {at} karupsDOTcom.

Like Messmer mentioned, it sounds like a billing company issue, in which case you wouldn't be billed. Our processing company recently switched back end platforms and as a result, they've had a couple of glitches here & there. When a glitch happens though, 100% of the time it ends up costing us money and never our members. The most likely scenario is that even though your card and membership were approved, they had trouble collecting the funds from your issuing bank. When that happens, they terminate the membership and the access a member has had up until that point becomes free (i.e. you will not be charged for your time in the site).

If by chance it's something else and you did end up getting billed, we will make sure you are reimbursed everyday you missed or lost, plus some extra for your trouble. I assure you that we are not in the business of trying to get over on our members. If that was how we did business, we would have been run out of the industry many years ago rather than going on our 14th year now.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you & will get this resolved immediately after I do.

Nostromo, the same thing happened to me with KarupsOW. There was a glitch with their billing and a small number of users who subscribed and then canceled within a certain period of time experienced being cut off prematurely. I got in touch with support and was given the few days I had been with them for free, plus they added an extra week when I re-subscribed. Check my comment and responses under KarupsOW to get a better indication what I'm talking about.

Nice review. I appreciate the details. Yes, your English is just fine. I have been a member of several kink.com sites and can offer some help here. The HD quality file is WMV, not the mp4 you stated, 1280x720, 7158 kbps. The kbps tells you the level of detail. This is quite excellent, but arguably not really HD, as you have noticed. Most say true HD must be at least 1440x1080 with the highest possible quality more like 1920x1080. Unless you have the best HD tv, the 1440x1080 should be ok. The most compatible size WMV on Kink.com sites is lesser quality than 1280x720. The ipod size mp4 is ok for a tv that is not the biggest, but it is not really very good quality. On a 40 inch screen for example, it would look grainy.
