I know in terms of producing content and spending money on content no glamour site produces or spends more than us. I would say 4 or 5 years ago Babelicious and Twistys were very similar. Back then there were a number of companies producing high quality glamour content available to be licensed. In the past few years most of them have gone out of business. Both Babelicious and ourselves relied heavily on them for our updates. We saw the writing on the wall and started producing more and more exclusive content. Hope that helps :)

When I have been on Babelicious, I have often found that Twisty's had the same material posted earlier - and it would have been one of their multiple posts that day, unlike Babelicious.
Twistys also posts a fair amount of Exclusive material, unlike Babelicious.

Yes..I've tried both and i would definatley say Twistys is the better of the two sites. Babelicious is currently running at about 5 updates per week where as in Twistys i seem to remember it being something like 4 to 6 updates per day.

We have taken great pains to set up a help center to manage all support related issues as emails aren't the most reliable form of communication. We hardly have any of our thousands of members complaining about download speeds and when there is an issue it's usually on their side.
Traveler if you would like to submit a ticket on our help center (easily found on every single page at the bottom with a "Help and Support" link I can help you get through your problems or at least compensate you accordingly.

I've not had that problem with VivThomas, either. Was last a member a couple of months ago.
Not that I'm crazy about the site anymore. And I remember using their contact info to ask a simple question about one of their DVDs -- the kind that if answered might produce a sale. Never heard from them.

Hrm... Traveler you're going to have be a bit more specific on what problems your encountering. I logged on, checked out the latest movies, downloaded a recent Mei Miura video that was added, selected AVI and the download took about an hour and a half (170kb/s avg speed).
The website does have speed problems, and that's been documented in previous reviews, so if that's the problem, that's real no surprise.

I completely agree about how much DRM sucks.
The good news is, that 99BB have now stopped using DRM. I'm unsure if they've removed DRM from previous titled that had it, but all new videos are DRM-free.
There was a news bulletin on the site about a month ago saying how they'd stopped using DRM, but I can no longer find it, it's unfortunately not the easiest site to navigate!
But yeah, DRM seems to be a thing of the past for 99BB.

It looks we don't have any current plans for an Official Review on that site just yet, though it's a high priority on our end since they scored pretty well on the Express Review. Right now we're basically waiting for the webmaster of the site to get in touch with us to help move the review along.
The pictures are 1024x768 or less since we do not have them set as "high-res" pictures in the TBP site facts. And I'm not sure how many videos have DRM on them unfortunately since we can't get inside the site currently. Usually that note means the newer videos all have them, while older videos may not. Hope that helps!

Download speeds are excellent! The movies average about 125MB in size but vary from 35mb to 300mb. You can select lower quality such as medium or low for smaller download sizes.
Download managers work well but not flawlessly. Expect about a 35% failure rate when using them. For some reason some movies just cannot be found if you wait to long. Also the cut a scene option (very unique you will see when you sign up) does NOT work with a download manager. You have to start the download immediately to use that feature.
