Interesting review.
Any porn fan of a certain age remembers Vivid. For a while they were probably the leading studio. I saw lots of their stuff. My memory is a bit hazy but I suspect that I lost interest in Vivid when the new-fangled gonzo porn came along. I was instantly hooked on stuff from John Stagliano, Joey Silvera and others who carved out the new niche. I'd even put early Max Hardcore in their. I lost interest in story-based porn after that. (I admit that Stagliano did some story-based stuff too but it was zany and fun to watch. Like Wild Goose Chase. I still have that.)

Thanks for the review. I've been tempted to try DDF for their VR content, but some of the trailers I had seen from them seemed to have a very low frame rate and some alignment problems so I've not tried them yet.

Ever notice how movies that you know got bad critic reviews actually have pretty good reviews on Netflix or Amazon? That's because the people reviewing like the genre or subject or cast, chose to watch the movie and in most cases actually paid for them and THEN chose whether they liked it, 1-5 stars. So there is a known psychology about why you might rate a site higher than a reviewer. You wanted to go there and you paid for it. My average site rating is 81.1. Why would I want to sign up for a site that rated less? (Unless it was a new site or I wanted to visit it to write a review...or it had a particular model that I liked...)
What I think is interesting is when PU reviews differ significantly from TBP reviews or when, occasionally, TBP misses some key aspect of a site that makes it better or worse. At the end of the day, TBP writess professional reviews and gets revenue from referrals. Reviewers at PU, although we do occasionally get rewarded for our reviews in the weekly drawings, generally are not professionals and don't have anything to gain from our reviews other than letting people know the good and bad about sites. As the cyber porn Neighborhood watch, I'm not sure anyone is really expecting our reviews to be spectacular, just honest.

Your review was interesting to read. Ultimate Surrender is one of the few Kink sites that I've never really gotten into. It's a niche that doesn't really do anything for me and since it is all-girl that's a downside for me too. But for those who like this niche I have to recognize that if anyone is going to do it right it would be Kink.

Says secondary is ccbill but god know how to get this as I couldn't.

Looks like the certificate is incorrect. You are right to stay away until it is fixed. At the very least shows a serious lack of basic security/testing. Might also be a site that's basically dead but in that case they shouldn't list it with the other sites.
When you click on member login, the page switches to https ie the encrypted version of http. For that to work, you (the user) need to be able to trust the other side of the conversation. (The other end can decrypt the ensuing conversation and if it is untrusted then the encryption is useless since the conversation is not really secure.) So the server identifies itself by presenting a "certificate" (mathematically) signed by some other entity you, or rather your browser, trusts. (Browsers come pre-packaged with some trusted certificate authorities that serve as the root of this trust chain.) The identity presented by the certificate has to match the identity of the domain you are visiting. In this case, the certificate identifies itself as for "*.vacares.com" whereas you are visiting chelcifox.com.
Thats the root cause of the problem and since this is a problem on the server side, will fail for every browser that actually checks this.
May be the webmaster will see this thread and fix it.
This could be a simple configuration error though. The domain looks like it is hosted somewhere else but the name servers (ie the ones that let our browsers talk to the appropriate server by resolving the domain name to ip address) for the chelcifox.com domain are ns1.vacares.com and ns2.vacares.com. Thats from the same vacares.com domain. So maybe these are some old/default certificates that someone forgot to change. The domain itself is listed to Fabulous Cash.

Can you clarify something for me please? Does a membership to Finishes the Job give you access to Amateur Allure or is an ad? If it does, is it full access to download or is it streaming only? I like Finishes the Jon (and the other sites a lot) and Amateur Allure is in my top=3 favourites so if these are bundled, well, I guess Christmas just came early.

I see the term "unique" used several times by you and the TBP review but there's not much elaboration on why it's unique - except for the one example you included. I wonder whose the fault. The 2 cases you mention could have evolved this way:
1) You suscribe a streaming only trial, then try to download, you are told that in order to be able to download your need a full suscription, you have two choices "go on" and "cancel", you click "go on".
2) You signup without noticing some pre-checked cross-sales. You cancel the intended site, but remain suscribed to others.
I wouldn't say it's Probiller's fault in any of those cases . The site may have only been barely clear about what we are going to pay, but, first of all, it has been clear enough that the main fault is ours, and second, it has to do with the site, not with Probiller.
I was once suscribed thrice to a site by Epoch. Of course, it was due to a mistake on my part, not Epoch's.
My experience with Probiller only goes as far as Reality Kings, so I cannot speak for others, but in my case there have been no complains.

Excellent review, mainly because I agree with virtually everything in it. I'm a video guy but do like to pull the photos in many (most) cases. I stayed a member under the old pricing for about 8 months and downloaded a large bunch of the stuff.
I like the price reduction (I'm OK with 720) and am thinking I'll re-up for a month or two, then upgrade one time to grab the photos.
I am fine with the absence of the B/G stuff because I'm into the female body and can easily live without the tatooed grease bags they seem to find to drill the ladies.
Most importantlt to me is the excellent narrative and navigation they provide. It's one of the best porn website designs in the biz.

A couple of things.
Dare Dorm never was a Bang Bros site; College Rules is. Perhaps this is the one you have mistaken for Dare Dorm.
Probiller support was very helpful when I had to change my credit card number. They replied by email, and attended me via chat. They even offered me a cheaper suscription. So my experience with them has been good.

I have to weigh in and say that this is one of the most informative reviews I've read in a long time. Admittedly, I've been thinking of taking the Bang Bros plunge again (I haven't been a member there for a few years because of their shady billing practices) and your review is really helpful.
Bang Bros is likely the one site that many of us would name where the site itself is excellent but the experience can be seriously dampened by the tactics the site uses to get more money from users without them even knowing.
Your tips in avoiding at least some of their crap will be useful for all readers.

If you dig around you'll find more like this. I reported the two I mentioned and got an email that they were fixed. They obviously aren't. It surprises me that all of their members aren't complaining about the broken links so much that they actually get fixed. With a couple of the dead links I was able to access the site by going to IAFD and looking up the title and then searching those specific stars on the JJ site. That didn't fix the whole problem since some scenes aren't associated with DVDs on the site.

What is your experience like with broken links on the site? I've been a member at Jules Jordan multiple times and that is something I notice a lot more of than on comparable sites.
To use two examples, two of the most recent updates, Manuel Ferrara's Ripe 4 and Double Black Penetration 4 are dead links. In fact, I can't even see the DVD cover for Ripe 4. For both, clicking on the link merely cycles me back to the main DVD page. Is your experience different?
I emailed the site last weekend and they said it was fixed but I see no change.
I wouldn't ordinarily be so picky but I've noticed this every time I have a membership there.
Do you have a similar experience?
(I should add that I've tried the usual things on my end, including using a different browser, but nothing works. I still get the broken links.)
