You may have just nailed what I thought was a problem. I was thinking Charter advertises 30 MB/s, but it may be 30 Mbps and they're not ripping me off when I download only at 2.5 MB/s.

I, too, have Time Warner cable modem access. The problem is that when several users in my area are downloading, my speed drops drastically.
The fastest I recall seeing is about 1.2 Mbps but normal is between 400 and 500 Kbps.

I like the price of the Kindle itself but there is no way that I'd pay more than 7$ for an ebook. I know there are some ebooks that are way more expensive than that and I think it's discusting and I hope that the publishers go out of business. I can understand when you have to pay more for an actual book because the raw materials themselves are getting more expensive each year but an ebook doesn't cost anything except what the publisher paid the artist.

Wow, leave it to Toadsith to really hit the nail on the head! It would be interesting to see this poll broken down by country or at least continent. I'll bet the results would be quite varied.
The problem is realistically, even if you don't personally equate nudity with sexuality, the law may not see it that way. It's why in most of the U.S. a guy can mow his lawn shirtless (which I hope has nothing to do with sexuality!), but if a gal does the same chances are someone's going to see her, get upset, and then call the police to rein in her questionable morals.
Whatever reason is given for such laws to exist and why people act so upset at such things--whether they claim that it would pervert men, harm the children, put forth a sexual message--chances are it comes back to religious prudes not being very open about human nudity, especially female nudity. I'm not saying it is all bible-quoting Evangelicals who get offended, but religion does play a major part in why these laws will likely stay much the same for years to come.
So while the vast majority of those who answered the poll say "No" (and we are all admitted users of porn at that), in litigious societies, where laws are quite clear about what is okay for public exposure, the opposite, that it does equate to sexuality, is likely be the current (mis)interpretation of the people.

True the poll question was somewhat vague on what constitute nudity but I took it to mean a person devoid of clothing and nothing else.
If the poll question was going for a more philosophical apsect of nudity where it pertains to the nudity of the soul then I missed that.
I think Playboy and all adult oriented magazine intentionally use nudity as a sexual tool. I'd add fashion magazines that often use semi-nude models to advertise clothing and jewellery to the above list.
I agree that nudity in of itself is not sexuality and you've named some very good examples. I hope you'll agree that some guys go to nude beaches to check out the girls and not get their nether regions tanned.
I'll take your argument and add my twist to it.
Playboy has nudity, Playboy has sexuality. Therefore Playboy uses nudity for sexuality. They also have some great interviews... At least that's what I've been told.
Cobras are snakes. Cobras are poisonous. Therefore if you don't know for certain if a snake is poisonous then leave it alone. You don't want to be on the receiving end of a poisonous snake bite.

It certainly is creepy Toadsith, but also very likely a necessity in the porn business. This seems especially true because it is a quantitative rather than qualitative aspect, and there are some bizarre obsessions with numbers in porn (age, measurements, weight, etc.). Of course porn is almost total fantasy, and much of what we consume as fans is pretty much made up -- from models' names, to their 'backgrounds,' to the various fetishes and genres available -- so making up a girl's age should not be a surprise to anyone.
I disagree with you a bit on the "23 to 26" aspect, because even though many models do look better at that age, if they started in the business in their teens then they may now longer look that great, or even 'act' that great. A few years working in the business can really wear some of these women out, and force them to adapt a very typical, and sadly bland, look and act. I think most regular members at PU have expressed their pet peeves about these in the forum.

I had a Comcast issue as you can see from previous post. I now average 1.25MB or a bit higher in HD after local Comcast server crashed ( hope I didn't do that) now the downloads are excellent in relations to dowwnload speed. Great site.

Good point, I may have not taken enough time with the search engine to fully appreciate it. I can definitely admit that. I might have to retry and then see. Only other thing I'll mention is VB's custom clip feature. I normally download full scenes but found that larger file sizes with a lot of time at the beginning spent on stuff I don't really care about much (some of the videos have interviews, acting and while I like it I can do without the fluffing BJ), I can just clip that out and have something I can easily enjoy at a smaller size. If I want to see the interview, I can always do the "Play Now" and watch it, but I don't need to keep it in my downloaded file.
One thing I didn't mention in my initial comment: I also love the editor's pick feature in American Vice. It personalizes the website, as does the review they give. I don't see a point in getting rid of it...either people like it and read it or they can just skip over it.

Had to check this site out as it was mentioned as an alternative to Videobox in connection with the regional pricing and such.
I dislike the editorial comments. Didn't like them when Videobox had them, don't like them on American Vice. They seem overly smug and often quite vicious. (Videobox's current shoutbox system is not so hot either.)
As for video quality, based on a limited sample, Videobox seems to be better in terms of avoiding pixelation and artecacts. Neither is perfect. Videobox uses the original NTSC DVD pixel resolution of 720x480, American Vice resizes 4:3 video to 640x480. (What do they do with 16:9 videos?)
The good thing is AV lets people download a few scenes for free and also purchase individual movies/scenes as opposed to a all-you-can-eat membership. I'll certainly keep it in my bookmarks.
I don't care for the John Thompson Sexbox stuff at all but no one is forcing me to download it so I can ignore it.

Also, more points about their site design, they have in fact just completely redesigned the site. I'm sort of mixed about it - it is easier to browse a scene, but a little more difficult to browse for a model after finding her in a scene. Still, these folks obviously care about the site design quite a bit, that is why the advertising really boggles me.

The TBP stats say there are no hi rez pics so I was wondering if the hi rez pics you noted apply throughout the site (including 18yearsold) or just on some sites and roughly how far back in time the high rez pics go back to. Thanks for your response. I think we have to agree to disagree. I found a number of very attractive women in White Ghetto, particularly the Squirt on Me POV series which I thought were very hot as the women were very much into the sex. Not every single woman was beautiful and in fact one of the girls who I thought was the hottest was in fact below average on the looks scale. But her repeated organism and enthusiasm more than made up the looks. The sets are very average and looked like rented a motel room which was fine with me. Somehow I find the sex and "perfect lighting" in the multimillion dollars homes a little too pretentious. I can imagine the “cut”, “cut”, “cut” going on behind the scenes while the models are touched up and the lightening just right.
Now for me, when I think of having sex with a woman, the lightening is subdued, candles perhaps. The brighter the light does provide more definition in the subject, less light offers a softer touch. But I agree with you, White Ghetto is not about high production values or high on photographic details. The set is often minimalist, background details are often ignored.
But bottom line for me, the sex is hot. I like the “girl next door” look. The models are typically amateur or pro/amateur.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally I like models that are less than perfect. I think the airbrushed, surgically enhanced, perfect lighting and heavily made-up models look artificial. I like variety in looks, average is okay if the sex is hot. Some sex scenes are burning hot with okay looking woman because you can tell they are into the sex and there organisms are not faked.
BTW there are many beautiful women on the Rocco Siffredi site which is now included.
Again, I’m not saying you are wrong in your opinion. I am just offering a different perspective.

That was only 2 days ago. Plus, I do not take the word of any site that has used DRM in the past.
Once VERIFIED by myself, my wife and other PU dot cum members, I will Re-Review GGG.
DRM is WRONG. Shame on them for using it in the first place.
If they truly removed ALL of their DRM, I am sure the reviews will reflect that.
