Yes, it would give a new meaning to the "fair weather friend."
To me, the "upside" (a-hem) would include:
-free porn
-meeting pornstars and other folks at conventions
The "downside" (titter) would include:
-porn burnout
-having to watch porn that I don't like
-meeting directors and reps of production companies that I've pissed off with my reviews
However, I could see being a paid part-time or free lance reviewer.

I'd say you're in for a treat, having been away that long. I just hope that the site performs OK. Need I tell you, it's had chronic problems which have been well-documented here, and that's a shame. The site deserves better treatment in the community (those nasty hackers!) and the subscribers do, too, of course.

Given 21st Sextury's comments about their DOS attacks coming from their main competitor, I wonder if there is a little porn war going on between 21st Sextury and DDF. What was the reason for this site except for DDF to prove that a bunch of the 21st Sextury material was produced by DDF?
That's OK if DDF was going to keep this site as a real updated site. Now - not having updated the site for almost 7 months, it just makes DDF look lame. They ought to shut it down or give it as a bonus to people that join the premium DDF sites.

There is sometimes nudity but its not hardcore; and there is no toy play. Though some of my other sites that I've been a member of specialize in toy play. According to some pop-culture t-shirts and an episode on Brazzers, the term you are looking for is DILF (as in Dad I'd Like to Fuck). I am totally unaware of the status of this term in the gay community though - hopefully someone can chime in on that.
EDIT: LOL, Porn Users answered the question for me. Apparently DILF is a gay porn site, so I guess the term IS alive and well in the gay community!

The pictures are 800x600, some may be a little bigger, but none are what I would call high resolution, but more importantly, the pictures cannot be downloaded in zips and even worse, when you try to download one picture at a time it names all of them, "Download pic here" so you not only have to download one at a time, you have to rename every file as well. Most of the picture sets I looked at are the very easy to get sets that you see on sites like Twistys and Teen Dreams.

I love how webmasters think if they place the blame for site faults on the rest of the world, that their customers will rally behind them. It really just doesn't work that way. Customers want to see results and only a simple, straight forward apology if things go wrong. Just say "sorry" and then tell us what you are doing to fix it.

The interesting thing that I saw in your review which struck me to reply is that you targeted Peter. Well done because I think you are absolutely right.
I think he believes that because he is a perfectionist and one of the best glamour photographers around, he's the photographer's photographer, and seems to be more concerned about the scene, the lighting and the ambiance of the shot.
The girl becomes a prop in the potrait of femine beauty, and therein lies the paradox. To achieve a perfect shot, any physical and emotional flaws of the model have been masked by a vacant veneer...
I hope he reads this review. Maybe he should get Paul Markham, paulmarkhamteens to give him some tips. Paul gives you a shot that begs you to climb inside the photo aka my local Lapdancing club...whereas Peter gives you a shot that makes you stand back and appreciate the female form, aka my local museum...
