This is certainly not the first - serious - warning about this pass/site/company or whatever.
nickdv's review is more likely another warning/comment - but consider it importend (again)
A few sites besides this one has problems, but Incredible Pass seems to take the prize as one of the the biggest scam-factors we've seen here at PU.

So yes, agree with Monahan and others: Some kind of a well founded warninglist could help a lot.

So many people on here talking about how this site scams people and they just keep coming! This is one way to learn to check sites out before paying them. I have found out the hard way also.

May the Porn God crush Incredible Pass like a bug!

I really would like TBP to create a warning list of some kind based on this sort of problem.

Reply of nickdv's Review from Jay G:

Good warning, but while you need to report as much as possible this scamming to your credit card company AND the third party biller (like CCBill, Epoch), you don't usually have to cancel your credit card since your WRITTEN alert to the credit card company obliges them to not allow this scam to keep billing you, and you don't have to pay the amount in question while the bill is in formal dispute. It also puts a black mark on the scammers record with the credit card company (too many disputes and they lose their ability to use credit card billing when the card companies drop them like a hot potato).

I've only been scammed once in scores of transactions, but diligence in reporting to both biller and card company really did solve the problem. It's in the interest of this multi-billion dollar industry to get tough on scammers.
