Case closed. I've dealt with other sites like this over the years where the webmaster is paranoid and/or overly controlling. I've learned to get out ASAP and move on to genuine quality sites that have reasonable policies and practices. There's so much great stuff out there, there's no reason whatever to put up with this crap.
Even if this site gets with it and treats its customers right, I have no interest.

It was the first time I'd subscribed to this site for a six-month period. Before then, I was going by something similar to your good strategy: I'd subscribe, raid, quit, and wait a few months.
That's what I'll do from now on. It's going to take quite a few moons to justify going back at the price they offer.
And to think that they tout their $34.95 for two sites as a bargain then don't even deliver half of it. (I mean, if it's that hard -- to impossible -- for a user to access it, they're not "delivering.")
I've never gotten a response from the "Friendly Support," either.
