One issue that would come up with the addition of a COMMENT field is that the trust ratings would be less anonymous.
Seeing just how users have reacted to Trust Ratings so far, I'm guessing less anonymous would lead to ratings that were more a reaction to how someone else rated you.
It seems (to me personally) that users take a single NO trust rating far too personal. So much so that some even write asking that it be removed. What everyone seems to forget is that a Trust Rating is NOT a judgement of you as a person. It is simply the opinion of one person on how much they feel they can trust your reviews to be representative of what they will encounter when visiting the same site. It seems that many times, a negative Trust Rating is simply a result of a way biased review (i.e. rating a site 100 or 50).

You make a good pt for sure... and unfortunately the community dictates whether they trust a user's opinion or not. Since each user has control on how they interpret "trust", it's something that can offend new (or even experienced) users.
In this case, there's not much we can do without removing the feautre altogether. I have a poll coming up getting everyone's take on the Trust Rating feature, so it'll be interesting to see those results. I still believe in this feature (more for long-term than short-term) and feel that as more user get involved we'll get larger more accurate sampling.
Problem of requireing 10 reviews to get rated is that come and go users who "shouldn't" be trusted will never get a chance to be judged.
Another point for others to keep in mind is that trust ratings can always be "changed" by a user who might have submitted "no". You always have a chance to prove yourself and earn the "yes" vote. I wouldn't advise anyone submit "no" votes just because a user's review isn't detailed. Look for "bias" or valid reasons why the user doesn't appear to be geniune.

Taking away points from the badges was definitely a tough decision. There was a reason for it though which I'll explain here...
Since we wanted to have a "minimum" participation to qualify for the weekly raffle, we decided points was the best way (something we could tweak up or down easily). It was originally 7 points to qualify. Problem was that certain badges were fairly easy to obtain and earn an easy 5 points each (polls badge, replies badge). So essentially a user could qualify for the raffle and earn tickets without ever writing a single review.
By removing the points benefit (which is just a number anyway), we re-assigned the benefit of badges toward the raffle instead. This values each badge far greater in my opinion since these bonus tickets each week (you earn a bonus raffle ticket for each badge you've earned) will have long-term benefits. If you have 3 badges for example, you get 3 bonus tickets each week (forever) by simply earning at least 1 ticket for that week. We're also adding 2 new badges soon, which will give each the ability to earn up to 8 badges (8 bonus tickets).
Less 5 pts for each badge sucks for now, but you'll see the new benefit will be far better! :)

Yeah, technically the polls badge is now the easiest badge to acquire now. It's a minor incentive for people to go back and answer all the polls, which is good. We need the votes!
I was a little surprised myself that so many voted for the daily polls. So far it looks like we'll keep it daily and do our best to keep the polls fresh with interesting topoics. If anyone has any good poll suggestions, be sure to submit them to us: https://www.pornusers.com/polls_suggest.html :)

You're right, I may have over-reacted a little because Davit's review fitted into the classic scenario of the typical scam review, written purely to diss a competitor in the interests of improving the image of and plugging their own site(s). I may have been wrong and if so, I apologize.
What I would like to ask you though is, have you been a member of 1by-day recently and so are you in a position to be able to evaluate whether Davit's score of 75 (since decreased to 70 ;) ) is actually reflective of the truth? Doesn't it seem rather low in comparison to what other Pornuser members have given the site? Do you actually have the info needed to agree or disagree with him?

Whew, what a furor!
I think Bela responded emotionally to her site being compared unfavorably to a major competitor.
The reality is that new forum members are going to come in and talk first about their fave sites - at least that's what I did when I joined.
Bela's got a right to be proud of her site. I'm more a pics than vids guy and DDF pics are just awesome. The vids vary in quality, but at 2 vids per day, there are certainly a whole lot of good ones being added.
Overall, I think this whole discussion has been a good one at addressing a lot of issues that are common to this site.
Davi, you did a good job at keeping your cool and arguing for your positions - good move. Welcome to the forum - it ain't boring, at least.

I'm sorry to hear that there were some problems. You can cancel up until the last day with us, as long as we get it before you get rebilled. We suggest that people cancel at least 3 days before their renewal date to avoid any problems. When you cancel with us, you still get the remainder of your current membership terms, so if a person wanted to cance the first day after they signed up for a 90 day membership, they still get the entire 90 days to view the site.

We have lenghtened the top 100 list to show more of the titles, as well as now when you mouse over any video or photo listed in the top rated list, the site now displays a small thumbnail so you can see what it is you can click on without having to go to the update itself.

It's kind of amazing that this site has not gone the HD route. I agree also with the comments on the horrible navigation.
This site gets major points from me for the originality and the quality of their images - why they don't respect their own work by presenting it in high-res versions is a true mystery.
I joined for the trial a couple of times, but after the last time I gave up. you are supposed to get a bonus sub to a related porn star site, but I wasn't able to access that bonus no matter where I tried clicking from and the support on this site is non-existent as well.
There are just too many cons for a site that has so much going for it in terms of an original concept that I find very appealing and really hot women photographed beautifully.

I can't give exact figures but I'd guess that about 75% is solo girls, 10-15% is b/g and the rest is g/g-content. With mature models who are not full pro models it seems to be quite difficult to get more content other than solo sets and videos. With more than 220 models online at the moment you'll surely get enough to see. Otherwise you can always blame me ;-)
