Sorry about that Cap'n, I think I did miss it. Before I started typing this out I asked the IT manager what was up and I was told that they are still trying to work it out at this point. We did relaunch the Petites site, did you see it? I am sorry I do not have more of an ETA for you at this time. I know it is frustrating. There are lots of competing interests in the member base and certainly each is entitled to their own opinion. When we added bg to the Hairy site we had to shorten the update cycle because if we posted a set of a model every 10 days and then got to the video it could take 9 months to work through a model's content if we have 20 sets solo plus bg to post as well as video. Now we run a faster cycle which allows us to get to the hardcore sets and video quicker. This cycle also allows us to post new models sooner and with more flexibility. The viewer gets the same number of updates each day and there is no Hairy site that even comes close to giving a viewer new 10 still sets or video clips every single day, 7 days a week.
Yes, Aria is a well-known model but how many sites have Hairy sets of her? Overall her model rating is pretty good so many viewers must have responded favorably to her sets. We have also had positive feedback from some viewers about the porn star video (eg Nicole Ray when she grew out for Hairy) giving a better performance in the sex scenes. Obviously the porn stars are on average going to deliver a better performance than first timers. Some want the very amateur stuff and others yet prefer the pro-am material. We include enough variety of material in our updates for Hairy to please most people.
Overall, Hairy content is not the easiest to obtain and we do the very best job we can. It means providing some models with repeat work (eg Joe and Yanna) because they refer other models to us. BMB is leaving today to shoot 5 new hairy models referred by prior models he has shot. We like to maintain these connections because it allows us to get a steady supply of first time hairy models who have never posed for adult before. And it is not like these models are not getting good ratings. BMB has probably surpassed Sean R as our top producer by doing this.

I know, I'm sorry. I can tell you that all of our sites are going to have the same layout but if you do not like the new layout you will be able to go to a user page and select the old templet, they are changing the voting system, you will be able to comment on the photoset and photographers, there will be a feature for custom zips and there will be a bundle package offer. All of these changes will not come out at once. They will be added one at a time for our users to test. Once we see we have caught all of the bugs a new feature will be released and so on until all of the features are available. That is just a taste of the changes to come. I hope this gives you an idea of what is ahead.

I can't take the pressure. LOL :) I'm kidding. I asked Nihat our programmer and he said the bundle package will come before the custom zip. They are really over hauling all of the sites and giving them a uniform look. We have exciting changes coming and with the new IT team I have a feeling things will move quicker than before. I hope this answers your question and gets you a little excited about things to come.

Here is the latest update: We have received approval from the billing company to proceed with the bundle. We now have to write the code in our system to get things moving. Right now our IT department in the middle of recoding our sites so this will be next on the list when the coding for the sites is complete. Right now it is on the back burner so we can take care of the projects we already have in the works for the site but I promise we have not forgotten about it. I remind them at least once a week.

I understand your frustrating about the situation. After responding to your emails a couple of times as you stated, then nothing I would think something was going wrong also. I assure you I did not get the latter emails you stated or I would have responded to you. As you can see I am an active member here and respond as quickly as I can. I am very sorry your emails were lost in a cyper blackhole but that was not my intention. You have my correct personal email at the office. I have to disagree with you. I followed up on the emails you sent me but I did not hear back from you. I was in Hawaii for a couple weeks last month and someone else was handling the majority of customer service. I am sure they were not aware of the situation, so it was probably dismissed as some looking for free access. I told you I would give you perks and I still stand by that. I also said I needed to know what site(s) you were looking for and your user name before I set anything up for you. I did not want to just give you something and it not be what you are looking for.
I pride myself on making sure I follow up with our members and I apologize very much if you feel that I did not do that. I will wait to hear from you.

Thank you for commenting on our site. I just wanted to let you know that the material you will find on Archives will be from Natural & Hairy and Galleria. The material spends 4 years on the main site before it is moved to Archives. The video quality, as you said, is not the best because of the age of the material but we have started demanding better quality from our photographers and have even taken a couple of our sites up to HD quality. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

I hear you. I have gotten this from a lot of people. We are working on a redesign of our sites and one of the features we are hoping to have is a bundle package. Right now we are having issues with our billing companies and the bundle package. We are listening to you guys and we are trying to give you want you want. A bundle package would be awesome and so easy but according to our billing companies it is not that simple but we have not given up by any means. I will let you know when I get more information on the bundle package but I assure you changes are coming and hopefully this will be one of them if the billing companies get on board.

I am so sorry. You caught me on vacation so I have not looked at the site as much as I usually do. Most of you know I am new to ATK so I had to ask what you meant by splitting the clips. I was told that we use to do that but that is no longer the case. I could not believe they use to do that. That must have been terrible having to wait days to see a girl cum. I hope it makes you happy to know that we no longer split clips. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

I apologize I did not see your post sooner. I was with family this weekend and I was on the set of a shoot all day yesterday. Of course we do not like to lose long standing members of our sites. I would just like to explain that when I receive a notice to cancel from our members I have to cancel them right away without asking any questions. We do not want people to think we are giving them trouble about canceling. As far as giving our long time members some perks....I am all about that but you have to tell me you are looking for a perk. I do not know why you are canceling and I am not allowing to ask but if you email me and tell me what is going on I am always here for our members.
I was not aware of the fact that you have been a member for so long, I just took over customer service. Had you told me I would have looked at your account and we could have talked about a perk for you. I am very sorry you left us and I am very sorry you feel that we do not take care of members. I have been brought on to change all of that. As far as a forum, you are in luck because we have launched a forum for our sites today. I mentioned a little while back that we were working on and it went live today. I was going to post about it on the site new section today.
If you want to come back and let me try to make up it up to you just let me know.

I just wanted to let you guys know that we are working on a forum for our members/non-members to be able to post on. We know we will get negative comments on it, as we can not please everyone all of the time but we also feel it is a very important tool for us to use to stay in touch with our members. I know IT is working on it non-stop so we should be bringing it out soon. This is one of the things that is ahead of the custom zip feature.

I have spoken to the development team and I am sorry to say that at this time they can not give me a timeframe. The only thing they can tell me is that it is on the list of things to do but there are other things ahead of it and it depends on how long those things take to complete. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer.

I checked on this for you Capn. We use to give you the option of downloading a page at a time but we had constant request to be able to download everything at once so we switched. The reason we do not offer both is because takes up twice the server space to do it both ways. Now, I am going to tell you something that we are working on but I can not give you an ETA on it because there are several jobs ahead of it. We are working on a feature that would allow you to select just the pics you want from the set and then download those. Like I said it is on our list of things to get done but there are several projects ahead of it. I hope that helps you understand why we switched.
