Wow holy crap! Your a very lucky man! She is a goddess! Thank you for the response. For a 4k file that is really small lol. Now the madisons have a new site with 5K videos, I downloaded a couple of my favorites model scenes and they were 12 & 15 GB, guess I'm gonna have to invest in some 10tb external hard drives.

I have to agree with both of you guys here:
The Webmaster is totally correct, why would you expect another sites exclusive property to be here? Bait & Switch is a huge claim by somebody who made a baseless assumption.
As for the 30 gig download limit, that is really small when a 720p file can be 2.5-3.0gb nowadays. I'm currently a member of the kelly madisen website where they too have a daily limit of 60gb but they simply throttle the download speed down to maybe 1/3-1/4 of regular speeds when the cap is hit instead of banning for 24 hours. I get it, I really do, these asshats join a site and then download the entire site to post everything on trade/share sites. This is done to try to minimize the pirating.

Thanks for the information James, that's great news about the introduction of zips. I will look forward to adding Bryci to my photo collection in the near future. It's been a long time since I've found a solo model site or network of solo sites worth joining.

I did send two emails to support@bellasupport.com , and I have forwarded you both copies from my sent mail folder for proof. I also apologized in the email if I had indeed done anything that broke the user agreement as it was unintentional.
I had hoped to resolve the issue but alas I do not think that will be possible now. Sorry for resorting to this forum - it was not my intention to besmirch your site - I was under the impression that I was being swindled and ignored. Your website was of excellent quality and I am sorry this did not work out in a more amicable way.

I am glad to finally get a reply. I do not know what I did either, but I'm glad to get a response finally after more than 10 days. Unfortunately it had to be done in a public forum instead of professionally through email. I have been a member of other sites and have never been banned - ever. Thank you to the forum for helping get in touch with someone at this site for a resolution to my query.

Honestly, I don't have a problem with reasonable download limits. What bothered me was your response. You probably tried to explain why you use download limits on your site. That's cool, but I think you got way too defensive way too quickly, ranting about not being the customers' slave just because they are not capable of informing themselves, site ripping and account sharing.
Even if the user might have been doing something wrong you should still treat him with respect and say you will look into it instead of publicly accusing him of all kinds of wrong doing. It's rude and doesn't make you or your company look good, as you might have noticed.
Knowing how to run a website and knowing how to deal with customers are two different things. The latter isn't always easy or pleasant and requires a lot of patience. You don't have to smile, you don't have to kiss somebodies ass, you have to be professional. And, of course, you need to have excellent communication skills. You are complaining that people here twist your words and interpret your statements out of context. It's most likely because you didn't find the right way to express what you wanted to say. You should probably think about hiring someone for this job because this has been a complete disaster so far.

I got that quote directly from the site(s). Because that's where the ToS need to be, not on some support site where nobody is looking.

No, but you are supposed to do your job. Treating your customers with respect is a part of that even if you think their problems/questions are stupid or the information can be found on your website. What you shouldn't do is blaming them every time there is an issue and acting like it's beneath you to deal with it because "the server is always right" and they could have read the ToS. That's just bad customer support. I haven't worked in community management for 18 years, so perhaps I'm not as experienced as you are. But no member of my team would ever act like this because they know they'd be fired.

It is not my job to alert you when you screw up, it's your job to read the site guidelines and stay within them. If you get suspended once, you're back in 24 hours *unless* you were trying to site rip
You keep insisting that people should read your ToS but it seems like you haven't read them yourself. It says: if you go over this limit your membership will be suspended for 48 hours. If you get suspended at one site and immiedatly start mass downloading and get suspended from a second site in the same day, your membership will be suspended for 10 days
I think that's pretty ridiculous. Hitting the daily download limit isn't a screw up. Most people have fast internet connections and HD files can be pretty big. Naturally, your users will not always manage to download exactly 20GB and not a single byte more than that. I really don't think they should be punished for that. Certainly not with a 48 hour suspension.

What does ripping a site even mean. After all people pay to download the content. If they want to download every single video, so be it. Who gives a fuck as long as they don't make the content available for others.
People don't always share their passwords voluntarily. It's really not that difficult to hack the login information for a porn site, because some people are too stupid to secure a server properly. I've also noticed that some sites don't even allow secure password.
So perhaps they don't admit to breaking the sites terms because they didn't.
Some sites suck, and you get shitty low res content, bad videos or they split updates over 2 or 3 or 4 weeks. part1, part2, part3 crap. We don't do that. we bring great content week after week for multiple girls and we don't ask that you sign up multiple times.
Yeah, some sites do suck. But I could name at least 15 networks that offer access to multiple sites with daily high quality updates for the same price. You are really not that special.

What a nice and gentle reply.
Clearly as one of a team of two, your hands are full. Yet you had plenty of time to write this public diatribe to scold Longjohn but you had no time to respond to his private communications to you in a private response.
I can only assume that you were using this opportunity to let any who may even think about crossing your lines in the sand that they will surely be punished publicly regardless of circumstances. I'm sure you'll always take the position that the customer is always wrong.
One thing is certain, you won't have me signing up so you won't need to worry about whether I will violate your TOS. I make it a practice to sign up with sites that are happy to have me as a customer and will try to keep me as a customer for the long term.

No problem with the WMV files, thanks for explaining. I downloaded them, but only because it was the first file format my cursor wandered over to, so I don't mind either way.
I think the way you're easing members into Bryci hardcore is absolutely brilliant - it's artistically done and the perfect tease/introduction. Looking forward to seeing her site head into a new direction.

Thanks for the info on Renna. I have had a crush on her since seeing her years ago in a girl/girl scene called "Geek Girl Sex". She had a genuine quality about her. And considering the way the porn business is these days, it's a lot better to hear she is moving on in life instead of hearing a sad story, like we do with so many models.

Thank you for this insight. I hope hope B is healthy and happy. You didn't say it explcitly but it sounds like she is doing better. I hope so 🙏.
I hope my review didn't come through as harsh (with a 95 I think this is a very strong site).
My comments were not meant to be negatives as much as to give potential customers a glimps inside so they can make a good decision about buying.
I think the nature of feedback is to focus on the negative (I know I read somewhere that we "feel" negatives 5X more powerfully than positive). Please understand I think this is a great site and I'm glad to hear Bryci calls "500%" of the shots, she seems like a wonderful woman and I hope you two enjoy a long happy marriage.
Knowing that she is the creative drive, I want to reiterate how much I love the costumes/wigs/characters/make-up. She does an amazing job of taking on new roles and characters.

I should update this review because the webmaster is spot on about the download limit its even in the terms and conditions on the site.
Also with the solo sites: kate, cc,islah, jana and alyssa reece do update its just the rest I did not see any updates. I apologise I should have checked this a little better.
Should be noted the webmaster responded to my email within about 5 hours and has been nothing but helpful.

Ok, I see my emails under my "Sent" box to both bellasupport and james@bellanetwork.com . So I am very confused as to why you would say you haven't received any emails from me (unless those email addresses aren't the correct ones anymore.)
Regardless, I never intended to have a drawn out argument here. I subscribed because I thought the content was worthwhile, and during the brief time that I had access, it still seemed worthwhile. So, I wanted to have a subscription with access, and still do.
I'll email you at the email you indicated, and hopefully we can get this fixed. That's really all I'm looking for, so I thank you for making that good-faith effort.
