The last time I was a member on ALS Angels, there wasn't anything showing up in new updates. If I go back now and look I see new scenes, so I apologize and will remove that part from my review.
Hard to say whose fault it is on the "purchase" part. When you tell me ALS Scan became part of Met-Art's network in my mind that means they bought it, especially since they don't manage ALS Angels.
I'm at least glad to hear Alex is as much involved as I thought he was, based on the casting videos and hearing him laugh at the assistant for struggling with different languages.
One last part, does Met-Art managing ALS Scan, but not ALS Angels, mean there won't be anymore ALS Scan + ALS Angels deals like there used to be?

Sarah, thanks for taking the time to reply. I think you'd agree that your site has a lot of fans here.
Based on your reply and on a reply to an email I received from Alex it looks like I made a mistake in my review regarding older sets. I'll edit the review to remove that reference.
And given that you stepped in to provide some information, and Alex emailed me back, that level of customer service makes this excellent site that much better.

Hi Sarah, thanks for taking an interest in our comments and concerns. I can't really tell you which zip file I found the mixed up pictures in because I deleted all of them, all I remember is that this particular zip file might have been the one that was over 3 Gigs big. You would show a number of pictures of one model, then all of a sudden an unconnected picture of another model would pop up, then back to the original one and this kept repeating itself. There were also pictures of a model getting dressed after the audition of what appeared to be a startlingly short set, a new model would come on for a few pictures and then there would once again be a return to the previous model who had just got finished dressing, but this time she was still in the middle of her audition.
I didn't check the whole set because I got annoyed, so you should find the culprits fairly early in the set(s). I watched the sets with the viewer that's built into my zip utility rather than unzipping them, maybe that could be the problem but it would be the first time this sort of thing has happened to me.

Look, I understand your point of view. The way I used the word "chaotic" is different than the way you perceived it. Maybe I should have used a different word instead. I agree that the way you release new content is streamlined for the way you have chosen to do it. My point was that I personally like more of a consistent release schedule of 1 particular model's content, not leaving it up to chance, votes, etc. The whole point I was trying to make boils down to one simple thing:
When a new model is shot for your site, no one really knows when they will be able to see all of the content of that shoot, or how long it will take to release. Often times it takes a long time, as it's already been said. I do not like this, perhaps many others do, which is fine, but it's not for me. That's where my definition of the word chaotic was coming from.

Chaotic release schedule referring to the fact that a model's content has no organized way of being released. As opposed to pretty much every other site out there that either releases a model's content immediately or over the course of a week or so, it can take Alsscan months and months to release everything from a model's shoot.

Agreed, Sarah - this is absolutely my fave site - and I'm not a huge fan of the gape and crazy insertion shots - they have PLENTY of shots of gorgeous young models, clothed, semi-clothed and nude, besides the crazy insertion shots - and they have EASILY the hottest girl/girl vids I've seen anywhere - fantastic stuff that makes Sapphic Erotica look like paint drying in comparison.

I'm sorry but my opinions stand. I understand you need to defend your site, but I disagree with you.
1. There have always been some models who fist and who do not, but lately the ratio is more to who do not than who does. I believe I remember a blog where Alex said that he used to make it a point to NOT shoot girls that couldn't do most of the extreme stuff, so I'm assuming he lowered his standards on that. You can quote what's happened over the last 2 years, I'm talking about over the last few months, and that's what matters to me. I'm not saying there is no hard content anymore, or that there is no fisting, I'm just saying there is less than there used to be and I don't like the trend. Your latest model updates: Franziska, Sabrina Sweet, Cherry Potter, Megan Malone, Molly shoot 2, upcoming Mia Ross. One of them, Molly, has a fisting set. That's what I'm talking about.
2. Voting system or no voting system, the problem stills stands that a model's content is released randomly and over a very long period of time. It's frustrating and disorganized as far as I'm concerned. And at least 3 of the videos released weekly are old videos remastered so it can take forever to see all of a model's content. And again, there are multiple models who date back to over 6 months ago that have not had all their content released.
There have been good things, such as the full photo set releases, no content rotation, high def videos, etc. I agree with you on that. That does not, however, have anything to do with these problems I talk about, or take away from them.

Dear Sarah,
thanks for this feedback. I also received a mail from your colleague Anna today. Seems as if my first mail didn't make it to you/her. Which I believe to be the truth because it never took longer than the usual delay between the US and Germany to receive a reply no matter what person of ALS Scan I wanted to get in contact with.
For some strange reason I now see the old processor when I follow the normal link http://www.alsscan.com/join-noref.html
In any case my problem seems to be solved and as soon as my subscription will have run out I'll join ALS Scan again immediately. I'm a happy customer again and that's the best news for me today.

Welcome to the forum, Sarah. I've told Alex about it a couple of times. I love ALS Scan and am a temporary member (while the Andie Valentino material is being released) of ALS Angels as well.
It's always great to see how receptive ALS is to constructive criticism.

Please realize that some models will be better at this than others and we will have to adjust our filming to what the models can handle.
Could I reassure you and your models that quite often if a model is trying to be like this and doesn't do it so well...that can be the biggest turn on of all...nothing sexier than a model who is innocent of certain things like this which suggests a freshness...
Having said that, when they know exactly what they are doing...that works too. The eyes can tell you this...
To be honest...with the standard of your models no matter how well they do they'll still look jaw-dropping gorgeous...
And on closing can i just say one last thing...I love the fact that you call them MODELS...respect goes a long way in a business where all too often it is cast aside...Thank you...Yes your models do things of a VERY sexual nature and some are on other sites and referred to as Pornstars, and if that is what they are that's fine, I have no problem with that... but when you call them models...that's a big Tick in my box for you...for what it's worth...
Look forward to seeing the changes...market leader by a long shot.

I hope that my comment was taken constructively...which if I read your reply is Yes...
I love ALSSCANS.COM and ALSANGELS.COM and I think you have every right to hold that top position in the ratings...and what is amazing is that your format and site layout has never had to change to maintain your status as a WORLD leader in QUALITY...You have no contenders in that respect and do stand alone...
but, and I do agree with you that your more recent stuff is introducing more of the lead up...but can I take the opportunity to elaborate a little on this point...and this is only my guess on this...
I believe you prep the girls for the shoot on the basis of the main event...so the girls and the photographer are counting the clock to that point where the lube is applied and the clinical trial begins and I guess the models are thinking you are paying them top $ for that shot...not realising that the build up can actually be sexier, and holds a higher $ value. Yes, we do want that shot but the girls should be encouraged on the shoots to think of the sexy build up because it is a VALUABLE part of the shoot...
Out of interest, I've been a member on and off for over 8 years (maybe longer?) when you 1st introduced Jade Hsu to us...and I know I will be a member again many times over... so can I ask a candid question...who directs the shoots and wardrobe...if it's a woman because you find that with a woman involved you can get the models to relax more, could I suggest that you get some male input on at least wardrobe, not slutty or sleazy..there is plenty of that elsewhere, I'm talking about sexy with respect...
There are occasions where you do things like get the girls to wear the mesh bikinis and get them wet...these shoots can be very sexy...again big heels can be good. the walk is nice but get them to pause and move the camera around the girl to appreciate their amazing bodies, and FACES - EYES & LIPS (which can be the sexiest thing). starting with a girl already lying on a bed waiting to be examined does not arouse me...I feel I am a connoisseur who appreciates the beauty of the female body, and to fully appreciate it I want to see it move gracefully without any rush...and I believe when you do this you will tap into the soul of these girls and bring this to the screen... YOU HAVE FLAWLESS QUALITY, BEAUTIFUL GIRLS...BUT I DON'T SEE ANY SOUL...let the girls have some control...the minute you overbear direction you will suppress their SOUL...that twinkle...and for me no matter how beautiful a models pussy is, it will never twinkle like her eyes and her mouth...
THE PERFECT SITE FOR ME WOULD BE ALSSCANS.COM + GIVEMEPINK.COM = ALSGIVEME.COM. Take a look at format on this other site...Now take some parts of that site, gene splice it with yours and you are UNTOUCHABLE...

Well. If the whole site gets these modifications it would be great. The newer stuff is much easier, I can attest to that. Perhaps these inconsistencies are past of the remodeling. I will keep an eye on the site and if it changes for the better I will certainly make a mention of it.
I am undecided about the all black background though. Yes, it does bring out the models, but it seems so bland at the same time. I think it need a little more to it. Also, the new stuff, it wold be great if the zips where on the model page just like the videos are. This would make it much nicer. Having to open a separate page for the HD photos is a pain too! These are just a few of my opinions, perhaps others would disagree.
I really hope to see the site become more user friendly and I also hope I am not scaring anyone away! The content here truly is wonderful and I have have no regrets for joining now that I am done downloading. It is worth the price, although that could use a little work too, perhaps a PU discount ;)
