A forum would be a great addition. I just canceled my membership to ATK after being a continuous subscriber since 2001. If you guys had a separate comment and forum section for models and photographers, I would probably consider coming back.
If you institute such a system you will surely get negative comments, but you will also get positive feedback. Perhaps you will actually learn what people want and what people find less useful and save your company some money by focusing on making the site better.
I would also just enjoy having a place to share comments about particular models with others that enjoy the material.

Forget about the custom zips the Capn wants, Advent! :-) Just give me some place to shout at the photographers: "Go shopping for some sexy lingerie. A model getting nude after taking off three items, mostly consisting of street clothing does not make for excitement. Tease us a bit. Slinky nighties, teddies, stockings, panties, bras: a bit of a tease factor so the model isn't completely nude from the first page on.
Is that so much to ask? :-)

I can understand why you switched & with smaller zip files I did not really have an issue with it. 5-6 pages worth of jpgs I could live with, but 15+ pages of which I like about the equivalent of 4 pages is too much download to bother with.
User defined custom zips would be ideal!

No problem, Advent - you've got good sites and I'm glad to give suggestions that I hope will help make them even better.
One other thing I was thinking about - I had been looking at the preview of ATK Premium and was rather surprised that all of the pics that I checked out in the preview had a copyright date of 2005. Someone checking out that site could easily reach a conclusion that ATK Premium is a site that hasn't updated in years. You might want to pass on a suggestion that you would be well-served by freshening those pics up on a regular basis to give potential members a more realistic impression of the life of the site.

The current design of the site seems to be one that hides the content rather than pointing members to the content - rather than all the "View More" huge buttons, when it comes to individual models, you might want to even have a count of the "more" that is in that direction.
The other thing is that the thumbnails frequently don't look good, then when you click on the pic, I'm amazed at how hot the pics are - I'm looking at the site now, and there's a blurry-looking pic of Lexi in the "Bonus Photos" area - doesn't look particularly inviting, but when I click on it, the gallery pics show just how freaking hot she is - and then I have to click through several more screens to see how much content you have of her - you've got a dozen galleries of this incredibly hot babe - and 5 vids - but finding that out takes a lot of clicking through screens that show a portion of the content and don't give you much info on what else there is.
There's also a design problem in the way that the vids and photos are designated. I look at the way things are presented and I'm constantly wondering - Is this where the photos are or is this where the movies are? It's just rather confusing.
But, as I said in my topic of this comment, despite the confusion, what makes or breaks a site is whether or not it has good content - and this one has quite a bit of good content - it's just not presented in the easiest way to be able to find it.

Here's a summary of pointers (mostly from the long post I'd make about Petites, but was in the Galleria review section at PU):
1. Use a clearer color scheme. It shouldn't distract so much. Use a lighter background and darker text for links.
2. Make it work for 1024x768 and other lower screen resolutions so no horizontal scrolling is needed. Web pages should always be completely visible from the left to the right side of any screen.
3. Organize more clearly. Put ONLY the exclusive model material in one section, and the "from other ATK sites" material in another.
Those things alone would really improve the design, IMHO.
And (I'll add): Get better photographers who do things like Suzy Black, ATK Galleria, 77 babes 4, 78 babes 1, and 78 uniforms 2. That stuff was GREAT! I think it's a shame how fine looking girls like Amia Moretti and Sammi Rhodes are showing up for what turn out to be mediocre photo shoots.

Thanks for the interaction. I think that's one of the things that makes these sites valuable for both producers and consumers.
FWIW, I think the highest score I've given ANY site is a 90 or 91, so a 77 is pretty respectable. I really do think you might improve subscription numbers if the hairy angle was advertised more.
Since we're here, this model was one of the big reasons I joined but she wasn't on the site. I tried to keep it from influencing the score since there are people who would possibly look at her and say "Ugh, yuck!", but it was a bit disappointing to not find her after seeing the set and watermark:

You are right I did not take into consideration that you receive your material from various providers when I wrote my complaint about a blurry 1080p video.
All the specifications were exactly as you described but the end result was not true HD, at least not to the eye. This videographer should be told to either adjust his focus or get himself a new camera or some software that allows him to sharpen a video after the fact. If there is such a thing.
I also agree with you about the matter of reducing speed during a download. It hasn't happened again and I've happily downloaded at my usual 2.34 MB/s.
The problems of navigating within the site were real enough, though. I've had an extremely slow server on more than one occasion.
Thanks again, and, as usual, it is a pleasure to be able to voice misgivings without a webmaster getting defensive over it. You are in the right spot. May they always keep you (if you are an employee rather than an owner) and give you regular raises!

Thanks as always for your courteous response to some of my beefs, Melissa. This is exactly how I feel, that you are "still working on getting the site in good working order." I have started to look at it as a work in progress and, as I wrote, expect nothing but the best down the road.
However in the meantime, there are other glitches as well that I didn't mention: Yesterday I tried to create a custom zip .. in vain .. because I had to give up after five minutes of waiting. Trying to open a picture in High Resolution also took ages. Still having server problems?
But there is nothing but good will here so I just tell myself that you are busy fine tuning things and don't normally get irate over it.
I think my discontent behind the comment is, more than anything, rooted in my disappointment with the updates since ATK took over.
Not the quality so much, even though today's video disappointed me because it was so blurry, but because there has been nothing that even comes close to my favorite niche, which happens to be a nice leisurely strip out of more than just three - four items of clothing.
I somehow expected to see dresses and lots of lingerie and stockings etc. on mature women, yet most appear to dress like young girls .. casual and commando!
Anyway, I realize that's MY taste and if others like what's being presented then I'll lay off and let them have their fun without any more whining.

I am really excited about the 1080p HD video offered today, Advent. This was my constant complaint about AJ/Older Women: their videos were just plain c..p! It was a mature site with so much potential and I had been a frequent subscriber in the past until I gave up on them because their photo sets became uninspired and their videos never improved from their 640x480 format. And they had the nerve to call them HD! Now if you could only get your photographers to use more lingerie with their models! :-)
