I would enjoy seeing pay sites that connected their performers to a chat site if the performer is willing. I have met a few performers on My Free Cams and Chaturbate and really enjoy talking about the industry from their perspective. I have enjoyed chatting with Minnie Manga and a few others and don't need to see them naked since I have lots of their porn, but it's fun to see a more personal side for those who wish to reveal it to their fans. I actually enjoy talking to people I have sex with LOL.

None of those are problems for me. In fact none of the sites I have a membership with or had a recent membership doesn't need to change anything.
The only thing I would like more of is scenario driven porn but with a better script, better acting and longer premise.

I wish all porn sites would use reputable billers that make it easy to join and easy to cancel.

Customer support is a primary issue with every site. The worst part is the difficulty in fixing log-on issues.

What timing! I've got two things on the list:
1. Loyalty Programs!
2. Better long term subscription options.
First, I'm going to say loyalty programs. I am a long, long term member of some sites and am amazed that they don't offer more incentives for long term members to join other sites for discounted prices. For example, I love the Met Art network and am a near-permanent member of one or two of their sites. They used to offer deep discounts for existing members to join the other sites in the network, but they no longer do. In fact, when you go to join another site from within the network, the first click to a price on another site brings it up for full price! Then, if you hunt around, you can find them for $10 off. But I keep finding offers for Met Art sites elsewhere (not on the site) for less. As a current subscriber, Shouldn't I be offered the same special rates for a different site on the network than somebody who isn't a subscriber that is surfing on a non-network web site?
One option would be a "monthly member for 5 months gets a month to another site." kind of arrangement. 5 months at the monthly rate is often equal to the yearly rate at many sites, so how about giving long-term subscribers that pay monthly a little perk? The network has absolutely nothing to lose by doing this.
Second, I'm surprised some sites don't offer long term memberships or, if they do, they offer one at a ridiculous price. Some sites, like In The Crack, have nothing but a monthly membership rate. Really? You want me to pay $39 a month for HOW LONG? That kind of logic guarantees migration into and out of a site. How many times would I sign up in a year? Once? Twice, maybe? $78? So wouldn't an annual membership for, say $129 net more money from the individual subscriber than one 1-month membership every six months or so? Yes, there are some people who will pay $39 a month indefinitely, but I believe the majority of subscribers see a diminishing return for each month they stay on and eventually they leave.
A solution here might be cumulative discounts. Inthe case of ITC, it would look like this. Join for a month and it is $39. 2nd month, $34. 3rd month $29 until you get down to whatever base amount makes sense. $15? That's $160 for 6 months. Far more than an annual subscription if there were one and probably far more than they would get from one person because that person would probably leave after a month or two at the full rate. And to encourage you to stay, the rate would revert back to full price if a person left for a month or more.
So that's it. Frequent-flyer plans and more attractive long-term subscriptions
I'll have to start a thread on this. The question really got me going.

What rearadmiral said plus better tours of the site. I hate sites that have the splash page only and any click goes to the sign up page. I like to be able to browse the content before paying for access. Been burned to many times for reasons like no updates in years or very poor quality videos and limited selection. Thank GOD I found this site for up to date reviews.

Completely agree with skippy - sites need to do more to encourage ongoing membership and make it worthwhile. Right now I usually sign up for a month or two, then quit, then return for a membership six months or so later and catch up on the new content. Really, people doing what I do can't be in their best interest but I imagine is the norm, and you'd think they'd do a better job at promoting continued support.
