BEDROOM.
LESS CRAMPED SETTING.
MORE TRADITIONAL.
BETTER CONTROL OF LIGHTING AND SOUND AND FOCUS AND OTHER ELEMENTS IN THE VIDEO OR PHOTOSET.
YOU USE THE OTHER SETTINGS FOR MORE VARIETY, BUT VISUAL QUALITY USUALLY GOES DOWN.

In order of preference living room/kitchen/bedroom (tied at first), bath, office, garage/porch/veranda. Somehow, kitchens make really good locations.
Don't usually care for outdoors unless they control the lighting really well, keep the bugs and dirt off, and don't upstage the girl with tall grass, etc.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen tall grass getting into the view of the model and ruining an otherwise good shot.

Office - I love men in suits and I love boss/employee scenes, plus it adds a slight frisson that they're having sex in such an ordinary professional setting where sex isn't supposed to happen!

For solo sets, I'm going to say in and out of or near water. That can be a tub, pool, wet-studio set or beach. For sex scenes, the bedroom is the place to be. For VR stuff, a Chaise lounge or bed is the optimal setting.
