I use a combination of what lk2fireone and gaypornolover use. I create a folder for the site or DVD and then name each of the scenes by using the name of the female talent. But like gaypornolover I also use a notation to mark a scene I really like. I just keep it simple by using the word 'check' and a brief description. So, for example, like outdoor sex scene so in a folder for Tushy I might have a scene labeled 'Marley Brinx check outdoors.' Then I also transfer all of that information into two Word documents so I can easily find things.

I actually use variations on famous books/movies/songs as titles for some of my favorite scenes. Otherwise it's just name of performer/title/date.
