There are a few sites that will charge you for clicking on a hot link without a notice that you are agreeing to pay for the site, without a subsequent verification notice.
Apparently this is legal.
But glad you are able to get your money back.

Really does put you off doesn't it, shouldn't on earth be legal to do this, you did not agree to something by accidentally clicking on a image and banks and creditcard companies shouldn't be taking payments from such accident clicking without you confirming its a proper purchase you've made.

I didn't click on an "AGREE, enter your credit card info" button at all, just was clicking around trying to find out WHAT was in the platinum subscription package, and they charged me as fast as they could $150.
Yes, they DID refund it without putting up a fight, but there was this attitude from CustServ of "well, how would you like to proceed?" kind of indifference, as if they hadn't made any under-handed move.
