Cancelling

If you cancel your membership here it deletes your log in information right away. So once you cancel you are done, there is no grace period here. Many sites give you what you paid for, a full month of access. Here again the makers of UN-Incredible Pass are ripping people off! :)

Denner (0) It's as close to regular fraud as it gets.
You pay for a month access and no matter when you cancel rebilling, you should be able to access for the full month - YOU PAID FOR IT.
I think one of the sites at Top 20 at TBP used to have that rip-off-policy too, but removed it.

It's of course only a matter of money for these site-owners. A speculation in costumers forgetting to cancel after a while, so they can charge again.

So.... great with the warnings about this Pass.

I must agree with this. I wish I had read the reviews before joining. I feel bad for giving them 10 bucks. I just hope my bandwidth usage cost more than the membership fee that they charge people extra!

I have had another site do that to me as well, but I can not remember who it was, if I do I will post it. This is like paying for a month's rent at the first of the month and telling the land lord that you wont be there next month. Then he telling you that you have to be out tomorrow since you dont plan on paying for the next month's rent and not allowing you to finish out the whole month you paid for.

They do not want to give you anything if they think they will get no more from you. Plus it is easy to forget to cancel a membership by a certain day a few weeks after finishing a site, so they are hoping you will forget until a few days after and get to charge again!

Unfortunately, I have no idea if they even look on this forum or not. They have not voiced any concern about the comments being made, so I would assume they are not looking. I guess they are too busy finding other ways to get cross sales from unsuspecting users.

Well, I dont know if I could go that far, they do have a large and extremely fast website. There are things here that other sites could model after. On the other hand it makes no difference how much content you have and how fast the connections are if everyone is afraid to join. The people who run the site need to come out and admit to their wrongs and prevent them from continuing, otherwise this could end up sinking them. What are they going to do with 200 GB of exclusive videos if no one trusts them enough to be able to download them?

It is every site makers dream to have a forum raving about their site, but I am sure this is not what the people at incredible pass had in mind. I feel that a pretty strong message is being delivered here, just hope they get it!

I think it was M & B - not entirely sure. But what I remember was, that they reinstated my access when I "canceled my canceling" - I did'nt want to be rebilled and then canceled a couple of days before end of term...

We apologize for the bad experience that you've had with our sites. When you cancel, you should be able to access the site for the remaining time of your subscription. We use different billing companies for various reasons, and each of them have different settings as to handle cancellations.
