First let me apologize that you were caught up in the transition problems. We tried our best to minimize impact to members, but unfortunately due to our contract we couldn't discuss what was about to happen. If you would like to come back and see the final result of the transition, email me and I would be glad to have you as a member again and I would like to compensate you for the problems.
