That is interesting. You should be able to tell from your credit card statement who the billing company is based off the date and amount billed. This is of course assuming that you are not on a two day trial or something where timing is very important.
The trouble here is that you may be placing undue blame on the site itself. A site has little control over the credit card processor's actions. If they screw something up the site will never know about. Your beef is actually with the billing company. It is good to always make sure a few minutes after joining that you at least get an email with the sign up information, otherwise make a spreadsheet with all your sign up details for reference. Which of course can be hard if you do not know who the billing processor ended up being, but it usually says this on the page where you put in your credit card information.
Sorry about your issues. We know who it feels!

I did not get my credit card statement yet. I've joined yesterday! But I am still waiting for a confirmation via e-mail. That confirmation would tell me who is the billing company. I have every right to be on the edge. Do you know who is the billing company for the site? I still don't really know. I am not a two day trial. If the site has little control over the billing company, they should at least reply to my messages. They should have control over that. They control their "support" department.

My point was that a billing company can make errors with no help from the site and the site would likely never know about, unless of course you emailed them about it.
Not responding to your messages is a whole different issue and lays directly on the site's lap.
Since you are not on a trial I would say you can breath a little relief since you have a little more time figure it out. Also, do take a deep breath, if you signed up yesterday they have not even had a chance to ignore you yet. If they are slow responding to you, more often than not, just keep sending them reminders everyday. Eventually they will get sick of you and will do something about it.
Anyway, I would suggest going to the site's home page and so through the sign up process again just like you did last time. Obviously do not give them your credit card information. But there is a good chance that the page that asks for that information will also display who the billing company is.

I just looked at the sign up page and found this:
"Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order by the name isupportgateway.com 661-621-9701."
I would give that site a try. But keep in mind when you try to find your account that the reason you have no email from them is you may have mistype your email address. After all, they only have you type it once with retype for verification and all of us screw it up form time to time. So search using your username and password if that is an option, or your credit card number.
If this site turns up nothing give them a call, this usually works better anyway. Also, do check out the sign up page because I did see several other sites listed. e-support24.com, EuroRevenue.com
Good luck!

DO NOT JOIN GGG! simple as that. There is no way to cancel your membership once it has started. I tried multiple times to cancel on the site itself, and each time it said it was successfully cancelled. Then the following month when my credit card statement arrived they had deducted the £34.95! Also each month they used a different billing company name,it was originally Epoch.com but then changed to isupportgateway.com then most recently dvdcitynetwork.com and a few others with similar names (same company just different name basically). I was nearly at my wits end trying to ring each of these companies to see why they were still charging me even though it was cancelled and the phone calls arnt cheap and still to no avail, i was placed in a queue and after 20 minuites i hung up on each occasion, also the 'chat' doesnt work so the only hope to speak to someone was to ring them (they never replied to my emails either). I hadnt logged on to the site since cancelling because i know if you do so you can reactivate your account and begin paying over again (it tells you that in the email GGG send you when you cancel, i had a few). Eventually i received a phone call from my card companies fraud department, because that particular month they charged me twice!which is why they called me and they said it was really suspicious and asked me what i had been buying from China! so i had to explain what the site was and tbh that wasnt the most comfortable conversation ive ever had, they said that 'i wasnt the only one' anyway i just decided to cut my losses, and put it down to a bad experience and have not tried to sue or reclaim the money that they have basically stolen from me since i signed up. Be very carefull if you want to subscribe with these people because their business practice stinks and the way they charge you is dodgy with a capital D. BE WARNED THE ONLY WAY FOR ME TO STOP THEM CHARGING ME WAS TO CANCEL MY CARD! Ive only joined porn users to warn other people about the experience ive had and hopefully stop other people from being charged hundreds of pounds for a service they dont use or want anymore. Its a shame because as sites go it was pretty good and if i didnt have any of the isses ive just described id be giving it a thumbs up, big thumbs down and i feel ripped off!!!

I completely agree with Jimbo, and that recommendation applies to related porn sites like 666. Like Jimbo I signed up here to add my voice to the warnings. I found this thread while googling for isupportgateway.com.
I too cancelled my subscription but unknown to me payments continued, first with isupportgateway.com then with segpayeu.com. Because they appear anonymously on your card statement it's not obvious a cancelled subscription is still continuing, and this is the first time such a thing has happened to me. Most porn sites are trustworthy, they want your repeat business. So cancellations work properly and I've never had a problem with continuing payments until now. GGG/666 seeems to operate on the reverse principle, once they've got you they won't let you go and rely on people not complaining because of the nature of the site. I would advise anyone to pursue complaints vigorously. Any embarrassment about reporting them to credit card issuers is soon forgotten.
I only noticed the scam when the payments ceased for a while then restarted. I was able to get in email contact with Segpay and after some prevarication they cancelled the subscription (six times!) and offered to refund six payments. They only refunded three but I'm pursuing them via my credit card company for the rest.
Having read Jimbo's comments I'll be watching my card statements closely from now on to make sure the payments don't restart under another merchant name.
BE WARNED, the people who run GGG and 666 are out to con you.

Hi, I've have also experienced the same problem as yogi bear and badandy400.
The only safe option, as far as I can see is to cancel my credit card.

Yes, under NO circumstance join any of the GGG related sites. Having billed me initially at $39.95 they snuck in another bill three days later of $35.95, confirmed my cancellation request and then auto-renewed me at month end!
I noticed thru the years the cancellation procedure was becoming increasingly difficult and now, as others have said, it's effectively impossible. Criminals.
