Oh that sucks so bad! My membership just ran out a few weeks ago because my credit card numbers changed after having been a member for about 2 years!
Now lets think about this for a moment. They are claiming more demand on their system. So they make you stick around for half a year downloading all the while then make you go back and redownload everything in HD. This is a waste for us and them. Basically we either wait half a year to begin downloading or download everything twice. If this were my company I would have fired this person for being retarded and bring this idea up in the first place.
I always though people running large network sites where stupid, and here is yet more proof. I swear when the people do something right they actually try to dampen the impact of the good news by counteracting with something incredibly stupid.

I have never been a member, but this is convincing me that I never should join. This policy is the opposite of what a site should do. In today's business environment, making your best product available is an absolute must. Publicising such a policy will get them what they deserve-fewer customers.

6 months! That's ridiculous. How about if you buy a 6 month membership?
I've been a member for a long time, but I do believe I let my membership lapse to get cheap sale prices. I haven't even logged on in weeks anyway.
Oh well.

I took a quick peek and yup, they advertise 1080 p HD vids. You have to be admit that they don't promise downloads in HD but it's still deceptive marketing. I also see that they are advertising "100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back" on their sign up page. I wonder if that's a scam too or if they're going to dooling out some refunds soon.

They don't promise HD?!! I fail to see how that's the case! If you go to their site, prominently on the upper right hand corner, it says, "Brazzers Now In Full HD 1080p - Join Now and Embrace The Future With the Best HD Experience"
Then once you're a member, they say:
"To our loyal Brazzers members,
As our gift to you, if you have had a brazzers membership for 6 uninterrupted months, you are automatically entitled to view and download every available HD 720p/1080p scene we offer. If you have not yet reached 6 consecutive months of subscription status, simply click on the download link below the video.
You will become an elite member in: 5 months and 9 days"
Yeah, as our gift to you, we're going to take your money for 6 months before we give you what was promised - explicitly - before you joined. They're liars and thieves!!!

Despite all the hate for Brazzers in the forum {some probably justified} I think it is a great value. I just finished a year@ $96 and got a another @ $80. There is a lot of good and some great porn at less than $7 a month.

I was trying to be a bit cynical in my post and I guess it didn't quite come off right now that I look at it again. I guess I was under the impression that you could at least stream the HD vids before the six month waiting period expired. If you can't even stream then it is a 100% rip off as opposed to a 90% rip off.
