When I had log-in problems with Drilled Mouths awhile back I called Epoch. Epoch was very good about canceling and refunding my money. Maybe your order didn't go through at all so there's no order to cancel.
If you are charged for this make sure you call Epoch right away and, if no satisfaction, file a written complaint with your credit card company disputing the charge. Third party billers make their money avoiding contested credit card claims and won't do business with sites that have too many disputes.

Fuck Studies is part of the Royal Limited network. I've been a member of that network in the past. It's a real network, not a scam.
I don't know what is causing your login problem. I don't remember sending any emails to the Royal Limited tech support, so I don't know how responsive they are. But you should send them an email explaining your problem. Also, use a toll free number to explain your problem to Epoch.
Since you were charged through your bank account, if all else fails and you don't get a satisfactory solution (a refund or login privileges to your paysite + login privileges to the bonus paysites that are supposed to be part of your membership), you can contact your bank and explain that you were charged for a service you did not receive. And the bank should refund your money.
I've never had to deal with a bank about reversing a charge to my checking account from a paysite. It's much easier dealing with a credit card company about such a matter.
But since you say your bank account was charged, you definitely need to straighten this out. Because if your account was charged, whether the charge was legitimate or not (a possible scam), you have to be able to stop any future charges that you don't authorize.

Sorry, I failed to understand your problem exactly. Epoch charged your credit card but you never got password? Then it's between you and Epoch and shouldn't be hard to settle as they probably avoid credit card chargebacks at all costs. I'm sure they are also the best help to turn to in case it was the actual site that never supplied you with account.
In any online shopping, the one who has charged your cc is your biggest friend as cc companies are very much on the payers side.
Have you contacted Epoch?

Have you checked your spam email box, maybe by accident the epoch email is in there, it has happened to me before. This is a site I want to join soon, so it does worry me abit.

Just to back up what the OP says, I just tried to join this site too and couldn't log in, just kept flasshing back the loginscreen when I entered the correct username and password. I contacted epoch and luckily with me I got their email with my membership number and spoke on live chat, their advice was contact the website. I thought, no I'd rather a refund than wait for days for them to reply and got my refund within a minute so epoch are genuine but this site clearly doesn't work anymore so you might want to consider contacting them or take this site off pornusers. Shame really, it looked good.

I have used this network before. I have noticed that some time ago that when I was checking the join page it was
No. 1. Segpay main processor with fuckstudies
at the top and epoch secondary processor with teen movs at the top but later
No.2. Epoch was the main processor with Fuckstudies on top and segway was the secondary processor with fuckstudies at the top.
but when I joined it was Segpay as the main processor (See No.1)then just today Eoch was the main processor (See No. 2).
I use the Epoch secondary processor because I was used to it and not segpay which I have never used before and the reviewer for this site did not trust segpay either. I also should have noticed it said teen movs at the top ( I assumed that it would correct itself and go to Fuckstudies or just go to teen movs and then go to Fuck studies from there, I have also noticed on the address bar it said bestporn and reseller as some of the words on it.(see No.1) and that the site went to teen movs but it looked like an older version of the website.
I even checked Epoch, nothing there. You might want to look up these words, Spoofing (website spoofing), pharming and phishing.
