Lionheart (0) I would flirt around, I wonder how would interviews work out. I mean if you ask "Do you do anal?" that is inquiring about skills and not sexual harassment. So there is a pretty gray area of what counts has sexual harassment and what can count as an interview.

lk2fireone (0) Sex comes with the territory. So do lawsuits.

"You do anal? OK, let's see how good you really are," ripping off her clothes and jumping on that hot bod.

turboshaft (0) I wouldn't force anyone to do anything with anyone that they weren't comfortable with...but I doubt I'd be married, engaged, or celibate if I was running such a site (plus I'd assume I wouldn't have time for such outside-of-work relationships).

Drooler (Disabled) Well, I think I'd conduct auditions, kinda like Pierre Woodman does, and I'd probably videotape them, too, but I wouldn't have a website devoted to my sexual conquests.

There's no better way to find out how well a sex starlet would respond to a strange male. After all, that's often how porn flicks get made!

You have to see how the girl looks on camera.

pat362 (0) Having sex with an actress you hired would be a
pretty bad idea. Afterall she's more or less an employee and those kind of relationship never turn out well for the person in charge. Now if after she had worked for you and you were interested in something more than make sure it's away from your business and in a public place.

graymane (Suspended) I'd serve up my readiness by putting the ball in her court, how she choose to return it would be her decision. It would depend on chemistry and if I were having a "lucky day."

yote78 (0) It depends on if you are "offline" on the business side or actually involved in the creative aspect of the site (that is, on set).

As posed, the question is if you RAN a website, which implies that you would be involved in the business of making the website successful and keeping it that way. In which case, it's a terribly bad idea to even imply that the business relationship between you/website and the actress includes gang-banging the crew or just yourself. That opens up all kinds of potentially adverse situations which would get in the way creatively and, more seriously, open your website (and you) to legal issues you wouldn't want to face. Aside from the girl who's really desperate for money (could YOU ethically take advantage of that vulnerability?), I would think most models would run away from such a situation as fast as they could. That would do nothing to add to the quality of your website.

Having said that, however, the job the model is there to do is sexual in nature and, as such, a little flirtation on set is probably not inappropriate. So long as "the line" is not crossed (you, as the boss, would have to determine where that line is), it would probably keep things more light and "real," which could only result in a more inspired performance.

From what I've seen, all the most successful websites have strict rules governing conduct between website personnel (business/ creative) and talent (models)...and explicitly stated consequences for breaking those rules (Kink.com is a good example). IMO, that's why they're successful. Everyone at the website knows they must keep to professional and ethical standards and the models don't feel like they're only a piece of ass that can be exploited. Everyone respects each other as people and for their contributions to the operation.

Denner (0) Do not really see any problem in "taking advantage" - this may not go for the site owner/webmaster - (But wouldn't that be something, Khan)
No honestly: I my earlier days working as a reporter for a Scandinavian magazine with three-four pages of nudes in every edition - I, of course talked to/was friendly with the photographers....
Officially the politics were: "Keep it clean" - do not mess with the models.
But two of those photographers admitted during some after hours drinking: "Oh, sure I got into the pants and fucked/had a nice time with this and this model"...

And these guys were professionals....so of course: if you can get laid using the situation, you'll go for it...and I do not see: Why Not!

messmer (Disabled) REPLY TO #11 - Denner :

I think with photographers it would be okay because both model and photographer are on an equal footing, so why not try. Those women are sexy, beautiful so why not go for it.

For a web site owner, or anyone in a position of control, to attempt to take advantage of those who basically depend on him or her for their livelihood is deplorable. I would call it an abuse of power, therefore if I were in their (web site owners etc.) shoes it would be strictly hands-off.

You wouldn't want to be like Woodman, he's a guy who cares most about the act, the sales revenue & his self-image. The girls are little more than soulless props to him.

PinkPanther (0) I'm sure it goes on - in fact there are sites where the owner/webmaster/photographer brags about it. But the cool sites are run by pros that treat their models well and get great material from them because they're not all anxious about being taken advantage of.

The material on the other sites sucks shit because the only reason the assholes are running the sites is so that the losers can fuck their models.

My thoughts exactly, Panther... And you said it better than I could.

If you look at those small-time, nickle an' dime wanna-bes who're supposedly sweet-talkin' women right off the street into their pad,
you have to conclude, apart from the cold reality that they possess otherwise about as much attraction to women as a slimey swamp slug, that this is for them the only gateway to getting any nookie at all.
