I answered “yes, definitely, but for me, the better question would be “how often do you come across porn that causes a new fetish?”
I can still remember (though the details are lost in the mists of time) when I discovered small breasts. Every guy, it seemed, was into big breasts, then one day seeing a petite lass with small breasts in a porn flick changed that whole outlook for me.

No. Over time I've seen content that I thought was disgusting or unpleasant. But I haven't found myself actively enjoying acts that I initially thought were unpleasant. I'm more into softcore than hardcore. And for hardcore, I usually like the simple, straight sex, with, hopefully, some class or buildup or plot to make it mean something beyond two bodies pounding away.
