Dear bandandy400,
You made a refund not a cancellation - probably accidentally - that is why your account is blocked.
Of course when you cancel your subscription, your account will be alive until the date you paid for and you are not blocked instantly as you said.
So the above information is completely wrong.

Hum....I click cancel they same way I always do. I even selected "no problem, just moving on" so I do not know where the refund idea is coming from?

This is not an idea, this is the fact which it is in the Epoch's system. I sent you an email anyway, here is the message I sent you:
"Hi,
I saw your negative feedback about my site at https://www.pornusers.com/replies_view.html?id=61495 and I don't want you to think that your account is blocked instantly when you cancel your membership.
It does not work this way, your membership is alive during the whole period you paid for, in your case you would have had access to the website until 7/12/2011.
But you made a cancellation and a refund at the same time - you asked your money back from Epoch - that is why your account were suspended instantly. It works this way on every website.
Now it seems that you just wanted to cancel your subscription and not make a refund, probably you made the refund accidentally :(
I am sorry for your trouble and your negative opinion about my website and I am sad that you didn't ask help from me first when you had issues but I am always here to help my members.

Just so the PU members are informed.
I received a direct email from the customer service, which seems to be queensnake herself...kinda cool. She apologized for the confusion, but they had mixed me up with someone that had asked for a refund.
I had intended to write up a review on this site, just had not got there yet. She did seem a little offended, which I can understand, I would be a little too if it was my personal site. Plus, it looked like I had tried to get a refund and complained after getting 97% through my one month subscription. I do not ask for refunds after staying around that long. If I ask for a refund it is 90% of the time within minutes of getting access to the site, we all know those kind of sites.
Now my access was terminated right away after canceling. She claims it should not. Perhaps something got messed up, but I was not complaining about one day. I just wanted my friends here at PU to be aware. Either way, play it safe, set an alarm on your calender and cancel one day before the renew if that is you plan to do.
