Widescreen & very happy! :0)
Now, if only we could get photographers to use horizontal format more!

REPLY TO #4 - Capn :
LOL - Capn..... Still I really like models VERTICAL - the posing deals - standing and doing some strip (a lot) before the action - and sure: here that 4:3 is more suitable....
But bottom line: That deal with more posing is maybe much more of a general matter...????

Widescreen. Now I can't stand to look at anything else. It's strange.

Regular, standard monitor. What's with all this high-tech craze?

Wide, haven't seen those standards in a while. I guess they are only manufactured to professional (industrial etc.) applications. Too bad that 16:10 is also dying and now it's mostly 16:9 in big PC displays.

Again, widescreen - you'd pay over the odds now to get anything else, you can get eg a 22" widescreen for very little.
Agree with Cap'n - a shame we don't see more landscape orientation pics - when looking at a set in full screen, they are twice as large as portrait!

Same as Denner i'm still using a 5+ years old 19" LCD 4:3 monitor although recently have been contemplating whether to upgrade to a 22-24" widescreen as photography based websites don't seem to produce their photos in the 4:3 format anymore so can't enjoy those landscape pics filling the screen.....but i hate the idea of throwing out a perfectly good monitor before it packs up.

Got one of the smaller Macbook Airs, but I haven't measured it.
I just don't like the aesthetics of a fuck-off widescreen TV/monitor dominating my living room...

Ok, another: Do not think this is so much a high-tech craze (lk2) - but rather a wish to get the best way to watch your porn.
The reason that I really like that "old fashioned" 4:3 is, that it is the best way to watch vids with full body scenes.
Capn mentions the "horizontal format" which 16:10 (or even 16:9)covers - fine.
But I got a lot of stash in vids with posing/strip - guess that's the vertical part - AND to me it has less value at those widescreens - but, man: we're getting outnumbered..
