Forget limited trials. All I want to see when I peek into a site is a photo list of the models with perhaps one sample for each. Teen Dreams does that, and it's good business sense. Limited trials make a site look unappealing, especially if they are giving away cheesy free samples.

Limited Trials? Thanks, but no, thanks. Just show me the niche, the models and the resolution of your photos and videos ant then, if porn user's score is fair, then I'll join...

I need to see some really hot naked women stand up for the camera and pose James Bond style, ESPECIALLY COVERED IN SOAP IN THE SHOWER, then I at least need to see a few really good body cumshots, EVERYONE ALREADY KNOWS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT BASED ON ALL THE CALAMITY I CAUSE ABOUT BODY CUMSHOTS ON THE INTERNET!!
OH YEAH, AMERICAN PIE BABY!!

Trial membership is always waist of money. When ever get trial always need to convert ful and paid extra amount over the trial amount. In my opinion billing companies has to extend minium time of membership is 30 days, no trial of 3 or 7 days
What we can expect in trial... Simple Answer > Trial Membership has to be Full Membership

Indeed a Limited Trial Membership is usually a waste of money. And they can get on your nerves because you never get what you think you're going to get.
So if you ever decide to go for one of those, when your incredibly drunk and bored, keep your expectations low!
Otherwise, stay as far away from these things as humanly possible.
Normal Trial Membership are sometimes a pretty good deal though.

I believe that we need a clear and clean delimitation between TRAIL and TRIAL memberships. TRIALs are OK because you can gain some sort of view of the site. TRAILs are a pain because you trail around the partner sites looking for content.
If you wanted to limit a TRIAL site why not do it on the basis or access to only the last three months updates?

For me, trials get completely ignored. I wouldn't go joining multiple trial sites to evaluate the site, because if I needed to use a trial to know the site was quality, then there's a chance it might not be.
I wouldn't want a possible un-reputable site to have any of my details.
The site needs to provide a very detailed free tour with a good amount of actual quality content available so the potential customer can sensibly make an accurate informed decision.
The opinion of others here at Porn Users is extremely valuable, and combined with the reviews at The Best Porn, trials are for the most part unnecessary anyway if the tour is decent.

The only thing that matters to me is to know exactly what is offered in the trial membership. If a website charges a couple of dollars then who cares, you get to see more than what might be offered on the free section of the site, but if I have to dish out a third or more of the cost of the website then why bother. Unless of course that you only get charged the difference from your inital expense on the trial and full membership. Let's face it. Otherwise that website just cost you an extra 5, 10, 15$. Lets be honest, you can read every review for a site, at some point you want to see if truly the hype meets the expectation. I much prefer a trial membership that is based on lentgh rather than content.

I wish they have non recurring trials where you wont get charged for a month if by accident you wait to long. I hate limited trial access. Im looking to see everything the site offers not just some bogus junk that does'nt do anything for me. At least show the whole site and all its content, and make like a 250 mb download limit. For me its not about downloading all i can get my hands on during a trial, its more about exploring everything the site has. I dont want it to be a taste , i want to see the whole shabang!!!

Limited trials sound like a real nothing to save a few dollars. If I can't afford a few more dollars to get everything, I'd rather have nothing.

I like trial memberships. I've tried several. Some sites - like Action Girls - have a great deal on their trial membership but aren't worth joining for a full month for me.
Sites that invite you to try a trial membership and give you a scam deal are sure to give you a scam deal as a full member, so it's a good way of knowing to stay away from them.
Sites that treat their trial members well must treat their regular members well - that's what I assume and have found to be true in practice.

I agree with Jay G. If I can only afford the limited trial, then I am better off just waiting to join the whole site.
I really dislike limited trials, especially the ones that give you the first parts of an amateur porn shoot, but leave the actual sex for full members. All that does is give me the impression that you are just out for money.

I'm very much against limited trials, but understand webmasters trying to protect their comment. One idea I have always had is that you could have the entire site DRM protected fir teh trial side so you can see everything but not download. I have a feeling though that such a process would be difficult if not impossible. What I want to see is how the site is constructed to get a full view of how big it is.

I generally like trial memberships because I like seeing what the site has to offer and how it's constructed. I'm OK with LIMITED trials as well, but only when it's very clear that's what you're getting before you pay anything. The only place to find a warning about a limited trial is by referring to TBP.
The rip[off not mentioned here, however, is when the trial signup includes a small print "opt-out" trial...or signup for another site. Unless you read everything in close detail, you can miss the alternative offer and you'll find out about it when the $39.99 hits your credit card.

Full trials (e.g., limited to a few days) are fine, but limited trials are no good.
Limited trails? Might want to have your prostate checked.

I don't mind limited trials if you end up with something of value at the end of the trial and don't join. It's quite simple really. limited trial = a lot less money = a lot less. Would'nt it be nice if as a percentage say a site cost $29.95 and a limited trial of 24 hours is 1/30th of $29.95, ie. $1 + the electronic admin charge, (remember computers get paid the minimum wage).
If the site has 300GB of content. I'd rather they put an absolute download limit (say 1/30th = 10GB) on the account that is only lifted if you become a full member.
That way you get to see the quality, get to browse and choose...life would be much fairer.
