Hi There,
Ok just to clear up this issue, just follow the download link on ALL the video pages and under EACH video text, the link reads "Adobe Media Player" just follow the instructions and you are done, the player is all there free and downloadable for you :)
Hope this helps as we have had no real issues with any other users.

First of all, thank you for the reply.
I did download the player last time I was a member, but I kept having problems with it. Issues with DRM authentication, connection or just straight crashes. Maybe it just doesn't like my system or I was doing something wrong. Either way it would be nice to be able to choose a different player, one that works with my system. Also, with a more common file type I would be able to stream it to my media player and watch it on my big screen tv :-)

One solution is to not use DRM. It offers much less protection than you think. I looked at the site and was interested, but will not be signing up because of the DRM.

DRM protection gone from all our websites.
All HD and SD videos are totaly DRM free - VLC Player is now recomended player to play all our content.
