Beware of unsavory practices!

This site has changed almost beyond recognition. After having signed in you have to move cautiously, as in a mine field, because you are first of all being redirected to a page that offers all kinds of upgrades and subscriptions to other sites. After you find your way back to the latest updates then you'll detect that by clicking on certain ones for a download you will have to unlock a different site first for an additional $19.95 a month.

The promised 1080p videos in the tour pages are probably on one of the sites you have to add (unlock) and this is way too easy to do. Just click in the wrong spot and this site will be automatically added, using the credit card information you gave to Bangbros! Tiptoe very carefully through the Bangbros. tulips!

PS. Not being careful is probably what happened to whowho (comment below.)

P.P.S. I am so disgusted with the underhanded way this company is doing business now that I will let the remaining 27 days lapse without a return visit. No hardship in any case because I subscribed for the non-existent 1080p videos in the first place.

P.P.P.S. I finally got an answer from support but, as usual with bigger sites, it was a generalized answer that didn't give me the info I was looking for. It told me how to download an HD video, something I already knew, but didn't tell me where to find the advertised 1080p ones. I wrote them back, wanting the specifics on that one but never received an answer. And there it stands.

I think: 'Well, that kind of shady practice is probably how they got big in the first place, then they added a veneer of customer friendliness.'

Can you not get a refund, as they have not provided what they promised?

Actually the only other time I was a member everything was straight forward and customer friendly, Cap'n. That's why I am so shocked over the change. Now it seems to be one large trap for the unweary.. It has become a stripped down version where you have to subscribe to extra sites to get the whole thing. Or at least that's how it looks from here.

As to refund, I've only done that once and was warned at the time that it might influence my approval by another site down the road, so I won't bother, especially since it only cost me $ 15.00. I downloaded a lot of cookie cutter material over the last three days, just so I wouldn't feel too cheated, but from now on the site will be anathema to me.

As you may guess I am not a great lover of Brazzers/Bangbros/Reality Kings/Naughty America anyway. Desperation has driven me there in the past and, sadly, most of their videos rest on my hard drive unviewed except for the first few minutes. I must make a thorough housecleaning one of these days soon.

This time around I was so awed by the wonderful picture quality of 1080p videos on my new TV that I thought I would give it another try. It will be my last one. There are other, better sites I haven't visited lately! :-)

To add to the negative impression I am getting of this site: I wrote to support over five days ago to find out about the missing 1080p updates so prominently displayed in their tour and am still waiting for an answer because they decided to take an extended Thanksgiving holiday. Latest word is that they will look at all the accumulated emails to support over these holidays and will answer them, the earliest ones first, which means my turn might come sometime down the road after the subscription has expired. Not very professional, is it? I am (have been) done with them.

whowho (0) Concerning my comment, i am not sure it happened by clicking on unobvious site areas that will unlock new memberships (which cleary are a serious issue, as you stated).
The day i joined my email inbox was already full of membership confirmations (which i didn't pay much attention to at that time due to the spam alikeness), while i haven't really started to move around the site yet.

Yes, i got them all refunded.
I still lost some money though, because of EUR/USD exchange.
Of course i can't be 100% sure that i haven't clicked somewhere unsafe, but i would not know it even till now, and i'm usually quite careful. I use a browser add-on that limits scripts (NoScript on Firefox), who knows if Bangbros would automatically sign you up for everything if Javascript is disabled, lol.
