Following the cancellation instructions on the website requires you to select from four different billing companies that MIGHT have billed you. I was billed by psnbilling.com which is NOT one of the four billing companies listed, leaving no means of cancellation. Going to psnbilling.com's site is equally unsuccessful: after entering account identifiers a 404 page comes up. So far I have spent more time trying to cancel than using the site. Cancelling should be as easy as joining, the only reason to make it harder is to increase revenue by billing for unwanted renewals, which judging from my own experience and those of other posters on pornusers.com, is exactly what elegantangel is now doing. Your membership also automatically and without your consent enrolls you in some other low end site, maybe a cam site, with per minute charges, the amount of which is not disclosed. Advertising links to the other site are on every page, I am going to guess, that if you click on any of those links you will get some outrageous per minute billings for something to which you never agreed. Looks like elegantangel has graduated from the bangbros.com school of billing trickery. Reply To Comment

Alternatively they do have live support below those options and a "I don't know please help me," link. Sites are currently not making it easy to cancel, which is not good, because every time I have problems it puts me off ever wanting to join a new site. Currently I cancel about three days after joining, just to make sure I have time dealing with any problems. The trickery used nowadays is becoming harder to spot, and so nasty it's going to frighten off the porn fans who want quality over quantity and are still willing to pay for it. 02-24-14  06:06pm Reply To Message 2 Wraith0711 (0) I know this is six years old but I experienced the same thing at that time. I couldn't find out how to cancel my membership but found a small almost unnoticeable live chat link and got into a online battle with their online support chat operator (evidently they only have one as only one name ever came up) who would connect then immediately disconnect. I tried off and on for a few hours before she finally decided to do her job and cancel my membership. Her excuse? she was on break.
