Some are very responsive and respond quickly, others never reply at all and still others send a canned reply that doesn't answer the issue.
A big uptick to the good folks at DDF Network. They are superb.

I've had some bad and I've also had some great experiences with tech support. I take comfort in the fact that bad tech support often results in sites not surviving.

I've come across the best in tech support, the worst, and everything in between. You can't expect much from half the sites out there, the rest will usually try to help, and some rare sites will really go the extra mile.
