USA but the quality of porn is going down since the Las Vegas crack down on porn. Germany is a close second they are very gritty and could use some better heartcore producers. I cannot believe the UK is on this list what a joke with their laws that all porn is obscene. England is one of the most perverse countries historically lol.

Czech Republic. They may not produce the most, but they get away with stuff that is harder in the US.

I'd probably say Russia and/or Ukraine just because their hardcore takes a natural approach of people just enjoying sex. It's a matter of taste. That doesn't mean that Czech, US, etc. are without their great stuff.

I chose other simply because I don't know how to reply. It's sort of like a steak versus chicken thing. American porn will likely always be my favorite because I'm more of a porn collector than a porn user and it's easier to collect American porn because the models tend to have one stage name throughout their career. I collected as much Tanner Mayes as I could, for example, and that was easy because except for a few rare early scenes she was Tanner Mayes. The same can't be said for Eastern European and Russian models. They seem to change names on a weekly basis so collecting scenes from a specific model is much harder.
I will say that for harder-edged porn the Eastern Europeans and Russians are the best.

What happened in Vegas? I might be living under a rock but I hadn't heard anything about that.

Its a tough question I would say I like American porn but too many tattoos on their porn stars, but I love listening to conversations also so that element it beats Eastern European stuff. But most of the Eastern European girls don't have the tattoos so I prefer them to look at. In a perfect world I'd like a mixture of both. I'd also like to add in Japanese stuff for their spontaneous and original ideas and lots of great lesbian kissing that you don't see from US studios.

REPLY TO #7 - rearadmiral :
Ok so Los Angeles (And some of California) decided to make it impossible to produce porn without condoms. Also Body fluids were classified at hazerdous materials. Basically killing pee and facials. So basically they killed porn in california and lost 300M in tax revenue a year ... in a state that is so far underwater they might as well be Atlantis.
So porn had to move. Most have chosen Las Vegas but they are still in a nebulous grey area on some things. So uncertainty has tremendously impacted over 300 US porn studios. Setting back more than a year of porn and revenue. Really it was a huge blow. Imagine 5,000 people having to move to make a living. It is what happened.

Japan. JAV is erotic and sensual. Focus of the scenes is more on the women than the guys. The photography and choreography are often quite good. Scenes tend to stay with a theme rather than be checklist-based.

REPLY TO #9 - Pyrenees :
Unemployment in LA is a big problem. What they did to the porn industry has pushed the number of unemployed way up. Think of all the people involved in producing porn; cosmeticians, gaffers, grips, location staff, security, editors, production assistants, and a ton of distribution staffers are now either moving to Miami, porn capital #2, or are on the street.
While similar jobs in the main stream movie industry exist in general, the rocket scientists in Sacramento are placing other restrictions and limitations that Vancouver and Toronto are thrilled to see because they've been promoting the bejeebers out of their motion picture production enticements via tax breaks and subsidies.
