Pros: Most downloads and browsing are very fast, although occasionally a single file might take several minutes to download, when it would normally complete in a couple of seconds. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced an outage on the site. Many of the models in the 30-40 yo range are truly gorgeous. I am mostly a consumer of soft core porn, and a lot of the content here qualifies as soft core. But nearly every model has at least some masturbation scenes, and more than half either participate in “Ladies on Ladies” or “Ladies in Action.” That’s mostly straightforward girl-girl or boy-girl stuff, but there is a wide range of content. 3 updates per day, 6 days a week, for a total of 18 updates a week. Both photos and videos are high quality. I LOVE the interview videos. Most models have a bio section, and for most of these that have a bio section, the answers were written out by hand by the model herself. Text is also provided in addition to the images. Cons: If you’re looking for teens, you came to the wrong site. Every model is at least 30 years old. Not as many newbie models as I thought there would be – a lot of the models have been active in porn for quite a while. I’m not interested in the 50+ yo models, but if you read the comments, there definitely are some fans of these ladies. So if you do like that type, definitely consider signing up – it’s just not for me. Older content is in lower resolutions, although close to state of the art at the time they were created. Since some of this goes back to 2006, adjust your expectations accordingly based on the age of the set. Bottom Line: This has quickly become one of my all time favorite sites. I had never really been interested in the MILF genre, but I truly love this site. Browsing is easy, commenting is easy, downloading is fast (and easy). So all the nuts and bolts stuff works great. I mentioned in the Pros that I LOVE the interviews. So what do they talk about that is so interesting? I mostly forget what they talk about. There are nearly 8,000 videos and over 17,000 photosets Newer videos have 4K downloads and most of the older videos have at least 720p or 1080p downloads You can download the photosets in zips Download speeds are good (80% my max) Multiple daily updates. Cons: The site is so big it does become a con unless you can figure out a filter you like to use on searches The sex videos (with men, lesbian) are not that good. Bottom Line: Going back to another one of my hobbies, music, this site makes me think somewhere out there someone made a never-released song called, “MILF Porn killed the older woman category of porn”. If we look at this porn compared to MILF porn we can see some pretty big discrepancies in how these 30+ year old models are treated and even how they are presented. That’s never been truer than on here and it’s not saying the sex videos aren’t good. It goes into what I’ve been talking about with the MILF niche. Nearly all MILF scenes on sites all across the internet are sex, hardcore, minimal lesbian unless it’s with a younger woman. These solo scenes are relatively rare in the porn world. Most models in their 30s are too far beyond the tease or masturbation scenes. It’s why I like these solo scenes so much. I’ve talked about this with other MILF sites too, you are seeing as natural and undirected solo scenes with these MILFs than you will see on any site. These women have a decade or more of masturbating and being disappointed with sex. They know what they like, and it takes a good producer and director to get that out of a model. As you can tell by my review, and by my various comments, AO30 has always been more to me than just another site. I have subscribed over and over again and even though there were periods of drought for me, there was also the odd brilliant set of pictures that compensated for the many that were just so-so, but I must say that the disillusionment is getting the better of me. For one thing, many of the new models lately have not really been that appealing to me. As someone else wrote in connection with this subject, mature models are exceedingly hard to come by, so I can't blame the site or the photographers for this but it's the sad truth that there haven't been that many that managed to stir my blood lately. They might have if they had worn some slinky lingerie, darn it. A woman doesn't have to be beautiful to be alluring and sexy! And this brings me to my,(granted) purely subjective, disappointment with the majority of the shoots, because sets offering pretty lingerie in a reasonably drawn out strip tease (which is my niche) are exceedingly rare because most models have gotten into the modern habit of going "commando," because once that dress is off that's it! Maybe a foam rubber bra now and then but no more! However, my biggest disappointment is with the videos. They are all marked HD, they all have the right specifications to qualify technically, but most are dark and certainly not as crisp as true HD should be. The picture when viewed in full window is frequently blurry and washed out looking, there are exceptions, of course but not too many. Since May, most videos are now available in HD 1280x720, 3751 kbps format, there has also been a vast improvement when it comes to the picture sets, they are now being offered at 1600x2400 and many of the older sets are being remastered to the new, larger size. Hooray, it's an unofficial 95 for AO30 now. Oh, yeah, almost forgot: all of the new interviews I have watched so far were conducted by WOMEN while all the scenes (so far) were devoid of embarrassing comments by male videographers, that's got to count for another couple of points.
