When I cancelled my subscription to Tainster, they responded with an offer of a discount-too bad I paid less than their offer when I first signed up. Not exactly inspiring my confidence. I paid 9.95 GBP through TBP. They offered me a deal I could not refuse at 14.95 GBP. I refused.
Continuing with my Tainster experience, the videos were nearly all well below HD quality as well as having very poor camera work. It was just boring, even though they had the type of content that I usually like.
The site design has changed, and I cannot think of a single modification that's been done for the good.
Formerly, it had a very clear and easy navigation; now, it's a lot messier.
Lots of marketing.
Videos are hard to stream, if at all, some pictures just do not load...
All in all, a pain in the ass.
The stuff is as good as always, but is much less attractive if you cannot really enjoy it.
Why have they been so silly to change a very good site for the worse?
BTW, they have now a "Tainster Portal", something along the lines of the PORNPORTAL (Reality Kings, Mofos, Wicked, etc.), where you can buy a for life suscription to other sites. BUT: they are streaming only, no images... And, again, does not stream very well. A good idea, a bad implementation.
This people should learn that good things sell, bad things not. Change? By itself, it sells nothing, only change for the good does.
I joined this website two days ago, I was able to download movies with no problem at all....I go to log in the next day and click the link to download and a freakin html link pops up.....I've e-mailed webmaster about 3 times and sent 2 help tickets.....no response. Here it is day 3 and I still can't download.....streaming works but no downloads. What kind of mess is this??? I'm seriously considering notifying the billing company they use and asking for a refund but I figured I'd give them a day or two to get back to me. I'm not at all pleased with having problems this early on with that website! #feeling angry!!!
I saw the other comments about confused billing and was impressed by the web masters commitment to resolve the concern. I watched closely and the sign up process and cancellation process is now very clear.
I wasn't certain what the site was about for sure, and I must have been crazy to sign up for a 3 month spin on a hunch.

The email I received states: "To cancel the account please go to the cancel link on our member pages." The link on the tainster.com website is to epoch.com. So I tried to cancel via epoch.com - no record found. The tainster.com site states "Please visit EPOCH.COM, our authorized sales agent," Both the email and the site instructions are false. Epoch is NOT tainster.com's authorized sales agent and it did NOT bill my credit card. Ph-ent.com billed my credit card, and there's no way to cancel via Ph-ent.com.
I tried going to Ph-ent.com to cancel and that leads to a site that only allows the user to ask a question by filling in his name and email address on a web form - no direct cancellation is possible at that site.
I sent an email to tainster's support address and requesting a cancellation and an explanation of the misleading cancellation instructions for publication on TBP. I did get a email confirming the cancellation but no explanation of why the cancellation instructions are false.
Epoch is a trusted billing with a very easy web-based means of canceling. Tainster.com is tricking customers into believing a well known and reliable billing company will be handeling the charge when in fact it uses some obscure biller with no web-based means of cancellation.
I too subscribed to this site a few years back. Apart from the foreign language, I believe It's based in the Czech Republic, I was extremely impressed with the quality and length of the scenes. The girls are stunningly sexy and there are some very kinky scenes indeed!

I checked the sites included in a Tainster membership but this one is not is not there. In a recent membership to Videosz, I noticed that Videosz has over 200 DVDs from Erromax, the studio that most of this site's content comes from. I wouldn't say not completely exclusive since they only had DVDs from 3 of the original Erromax sites, but it could also be a good way to check out some of their content. It could also be why there are posts here about old content disappearing.

While you're waiting for those to download, you will often find that your session has expired, and when you go to download another batch you have to log in again.
This gets annoying and seems clearly designed to discourage you from downloading as much as you can in a month and then cancelling.

I'm wondering if anyone has been to this site recently. I was a member about 3-4 years ago and have thought about re-upping. However, I do have a couple of concerns.
First, the price is a bit over the top ($45 month for 13 site access) and there no longer seems to be a less expensive option to join just one site.
Second, my only real complaint when I was a member before was the lack of quality. The pics then maxed out at 1020 x 780 and from the previews it looks like not much has changed. Back then, the vids only downloaded in clips and I see nothing in the tour that indicates full length or high quality vids.
I liked the site during my first go around because it is unique niche with some decent looking europoean models but I'm reluctant to go back at the current price unless there has been some quality improvements.
You get a ton of content and the video downloads are nice and big. Most segments are 20-30 minutes, and no DRM restrictions.
It's true that there are a few pros among the girls who are there pretty much to help get things warmed up.
