Pros:

There are a GREAT variety of ladies of all shapes and sizes. Some thick, some chubby, some thin. They're ALL gorgeous. They all have huge natural breasts. Some of these ladies you might recognize from other sites (Candy Alexa, Domino, Lucy Love etc etc) and some of them looks to be real amateurs.

XX Cel is based on women with very large breasts. I am talking about breasts often larger than my head! The site includes a handful of pregnant girls before and after birth and a fair amount of lactation. This is a fairly softcore site. The most sexual thing I have seen is the guy lick a girls pussy for a few seconds.
Lets start with the photos. There are currently 247 photo sets that are all in zips. This takes 4.12 GB of space, easily backed up onto dvd. The resolution is 1064x1600 and does not appear to use any softening. All 67 models have photo sets at this point.
On to the videos. The video quality varies depending on when the video is from. the newer videos are at 2115 KBit can be as low as 764. Ther resolutions are all over the place but most are 640x360 or higher up to 720x576. To download all of them you will end up with 189 files that equals exactly 10 GB. The durations varies greatly as well from just over a minute to over 13. There are not too many below 3 minutes though. The 2115 KBit videos look decent, but some of the older videos could use some serious touching up.
The guy that likes to talk and come into the scenes is pretty annoying. He is this fat guy that wears the same cloths all the time and has facial hair that does not appeal. Personally I could do without him, but I believe this site is made mostly for him to have an excuse to pay the women to let him suck their tits.
I do like that they have the pregnant girls come back after they have the baby. I have not seen too many sits that do this.
The file naming is pretty annoying though. The abbreviate the model name in the file names. They do not always abbreviate the same way though, and sometimes they abbreviate when the should not. Example, most abbreviations are 2 or 3 letters long, so why abbreviate the name KIM to "Ki"? All this does is make me have to type in the letter m in everything. Very annoying!
The only other down site I can think of is that they need to update more. Some of the stuff is back from early 2005 so I would expect a 4 year old site to be much large than this one. They need to do some serious work to their update schedule.
I also like that there is some very nice lactation videos here. There is one set of videos from sexy-lactations, but otherwise everything seems exclusive.
I would recommend this site to those who have a love for large breasts and those who like when they can deliver. :) If you are not a breast fan you probably will not get much out of this site since the smallest girl is a large c and all the others are significantly larger. - Breast-sucking videos are useless. This is also a subjective con. No hairy faces in the way of the good stuff, please.
- Videos are hit and miss as far as quality both physically and esthetically.
- Amount of content, and number of models, needs to grow.
Bottom Line:
This is one instance where one's subjective tastes will certainly factor in to how one responds to the site and how one rates it.
For instance I would rather not see so many large women, but some guys will want more of them. Some men will love the inclusion of pregnant women, as I do, but some men will find this a turn-off. And finally, some guys might actually like to see another man suckle away at a big pair of breasts, but to my mind unless this occurs during an actual sex scene it's less than useless. It's obnoxiously useless.
And once again we have a website wherein the vid section is not up to par with the photo section. As for specs, these vids are all over the map. For some reason I am seeing higher bitrates in vids with smaller dimensions. For instance, one vid is 720x576, 764k; another is 640x480, 1339k; and a third is 320x240, 1519k. Could it be that the VLC media player is innacurate, or is this a normal thing? In my experience it is not normal.
Be that as it may, the content of the vids is also all over the map. There are far too many tit-sucking vids; some vids have cheesy music set to them; some are tediously long and some are dreadfully short; and still others are dynamite, as is one featuring a young pregnant model named Lucie. There are a few lactation vids. One I looked at showed nothing but the model squirting milk. That got boring after about ten seconds.
As for the photo-sets, I believe they are some of the best in the genre, or any genre. The pics are mostly 1600x1064, though some are smaller, and Cel has a definite skill in this area. The sets often contain more than a hundred pics and yet they are nicely edited so that you don't get fifty shots from the same angle. Even though it's a breast-fixated site there is total nudity and plenty of spread shots as well as awesome booty shots. I would put Cel in the top 5 percentile in regard to pictures. And for those of us who like our monitors crammed full with beautiful female goodness, Cel makes optimal use of the landscape format.
Bottom line: if you are primarily a pic collector and like big breasts in a softcore format, I believe you will find this site a decent value, although there is not a huge amount of content up.
If you are into hardcore, forget it. And if you are coming here mainly for the videos, you might want to save your money this time around.

This is a site that, like Juggmaster.com and a few others, is devoted almost entirely to one man's personal obsession with tits. Most of the models can also be found on other sites.
