InTheCrack seems to pretty good at this, that is NOT talking! It is amazing to watch an entire video and not hear the cameraman/director/resident creep chime in with their words of wisdom. Sadly, I am so conditioned to hearing some douchebag's thoughts (uh, including my own occasionally) that a silent video can take some getting used to. I watch 95% of videos with my sound turned off. I start it with the sound turned on, but then can't stand any more. I think the idiots are divided into two categories. The first sort are the ones who are just the out and out plonkers who love to hear the sound of their own voice. The second sort are the ones who really think that all the boorish "man" talk, and insulting the models is sexy. I don't think they do know this. I wrote a comment about this on another site, and the webmaster wrote back seeming very surprised that I was complaining about it. I don't really mind the talking as long as it's a interview style video and as long as you don't see any part of the cameraman, rather that be hands, feet, arms, anything. If the talking in question is part of the interview process than I have no problem with it. Of course the questions being asked may annoy me. I'm all for getting to know a little about the performer, but if the questions are really stupid then don't bother. I know that it's fairly important in BDSM to have a beginning and ending interview so that you know the perfomer was not dupped into showing up at a Max style shoot and now that she is there all she wants is to get it over. Talking during the sex scene is only worth it if it adds to the overall quality of the scene. I haven't been arrested for this yet, but in the Los Angeles area, prostitution is definitely considered a criminal offense. I think it depends on what's being said by the guy and what the situation is. The first thing to came to mind when I read the original post here was the interviews on All Over 30. The guy isn't degrading and the atmosphere seems to be pretty relaxed. But I will say that they seem to be the exception rather than the rule - for most sites I wish they'd just shut the hell up.
