Embarrassing question .... ... because it once again reveals my ignorance and I hate that. In Videobox (if you subscribe to it or have ever subscribed to it) some users leave comments like: cap 34 is a classic, or cap 4 is gross etc. Now I've heard of vidcaps but never see anything on this site that would point to pictures or caps. So, what are they talking about? Ashamed messmer.  | |

I haven't been a member in a couple of months but I seem to remember that there's a vidcap section on the site but I've never really paid too much attention to it. Not too mention that I seldom look at the posters comments. Long live the Brown Coats. | |

I thought they were usually talking about the video cap from the scene preview. Haven't been a member here in a while either, but there used to be like six or so scene preview caps... Don't be ashamed. I was a Videobox member for a long time and I do not have a clue. Perhaps it is one of those deals were us veteran porn users just cant learn new tricks. Hi there I joined videobox.com today and while browsing through the vast archives I became aware of the fact that they are talking about the vidcaps (screenshots) that can be seen on the detail pages for the DVDs offered. -> slutty is right  Cheers, Smut p.s. Hi mr smut and slutty, the theory would make good sense if it stopped at cap 8 or however high the details go, but I've seen people refer to cap 39 (just an example), this is what made me wonder. And mr smut I like the addition of HD as well but must say I haven't seen too many that appealed to my taste. Most are (to me) either too dark in lighting or too color saturated. There is the odd nice one, though. And I DO appreciate the fact that I have the choice of HD. | |

It's been a few years since I was a member but one of my big pet peeves was the stupid comments section. Just what one needs--a bunch of short bursts of horndog brain farts from (mostly) guys in the middle of a download, or worse, mid-stroke.  PornUsers it is not! "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? I always check the comments but not to read the inane bullshit. VideoBox is very sloppy in their spelling of the names of the performers. Worse they frequently misidentify the performers altogether. That makes their search function lousy as well when you're trying to find a particular babe. Frequently the comments section will include correcting info that I find to be very helpful. | |

I have mixed emotions about "comments." On the one hand it allows you to blow off steam if there have been a number of crushingly boring updates and on the other hand you have guys who even use the comments section as a masturbatory tool: "Oh baby, I would like to .... (fill in the rest in your mind). Incredibly juvenile. The same kind of idiots you find at those live cam shows. I always get embarrassed for them. The model is probably used to it but I couldn't talk like that, directly or indirectly, to the performer. | |

There would occasionally be a helpful warning for those with more sensitive stomachs, as well as those who would be disappointed if they watched an entire video. But most of the time it was the typical trolling and goofy comments. Makes you wonder what people expect when downloading videos from a site that's clearly labeled as adult-oriented. You don't see the videocaps right under the description of the scene - Face Fucking #11, Scene 1, etc? How is that possible? Right under the 6 screen caps are the download options and the option to Play the vid or "Custom Clip" it. Do you see those? Are you looking at the site in VB3 or "classic" Videobox. AH, that might explain it. I use VB3. I got used to it and like it better. The custom clip is no longer shown on the bottom. Thanks, PP. It was idle curiosity anyway. Just wondering where folks got those references to caps higher than six.  | |
