That really depends on what type of preview you would offer. It is much easier to please customers when you are offering a selection in return for a membership. If one doesn't strike the mark another will. Pay per set is trickier as there is more chance of the customer being less than satisfied. On the odd occasion I have purchased a single set, I haven't been satisfied with it & haven't bought any more. On balance I would say a membership site gives you a better chance of repeat business. Feedback is the key to success. You are more likely to get that from subscribed members rather than a casual purchaser of one photoset. Cap'n. That is a decent enough update rate, up with the top echelon. Even if it is 'only' one photoset, that will be fine. As long as you are providing fresh material that regularly, there will always be a reason for frequent visits to the site. If you can get your customers to be revisiting daily, you will be doing very well. At that rate the archive should build up quite nicely. I am looking forward to seeing the fruits of your labours! At 53 years of age, it has been a long time since anybody called me that! Well, there are all sorts of variables at work here. You are always going to get the smart alecs who grumble 'there isn't much content here' with any new site. Whether you get a hit on your hands depends on the quality & content/update rate/pricing equation. I think if you pitch in with a reasonable subscription rate with a discount for longer term membership you should get things rolling. In the longer term membership interaction helps with loyalty to a site, so a forum may be worth considering. Usually you get a considerable number of folk registering, but it is notoriously difficult to get members to actually 'say' anything. From a personal point of view the billing company is vital. If you don't have Epoch as an option I won't be able to join. Despite dozens of emails & months of discussion I can't get CCBill to acknowledge that for CC purposes my little island home is part of the UK. Frankly, I am past caring about dealing with them. That sounds very promising. Re. Full frontal standing in landscape. I appreciate what you are saying there. I agree the model appearing small can be a problem, but this can be minimised with careful framing & a suitable background. Perhaps a couple of these fully clothed as an introduction & maybe full nude as a close out? Cap'n. Thanks for the support, my friend. Difficult to find? I should say so, I spend enough hours looking. There are a few, but probably no more than you could count on one hand & of those a couple sometimes stray off the mark. I agree it is difficult to really assess from the samples we have seen, that is why I went to such lengths to be specific in my previous reply. Going by the response to my thread on the subject, I think there is sufficient interest for the niche, and sufficient scope for variety. I am not at all averse to return visits from models as long as the outfits differ. Cap'n. Well, I am far from alone in liking this material OnlyTease seems to make a good return out of it, and that with usually stopping short of full frontal nudity . I think possibly the main hurdle is marketing. Getting the word out that you are catering to the niche. On the strength of the few samples posted I think you may have got the basic gist of what the niche is about. Tease with pay-off! Cap'n. Well seeing as you were asking. Personally, I like a range of fully clothed, partially clothed, non-explicit nude and explicit nude shots. I like to see the girl strip, I find sets that start nude and end nude are usually a bit boring. This is my particular passion. I never can get enough of this style of set. I suppose you might call it a Full Strip Fetish? I especially like sequences stripping from casual wear. I think they can feel almost intimate. Turtle neck sweater (Polo Neck - Brit), jeans & boots is a particular favourite. I also like formal or evening wear. Uniforms are fine, provided they are the real McCoy & not a tacky 'play' uniform. I really don't like those. It is always nice to build up anticipation with a few fully clothed full body shots. Reclining poses, both clothed & nude can be particularly erotic IMO Landscape format is particularly good for this, more intimate than the formal & distancing portrait. For me there is nothing more frustrating than a set that starts part way through the strip or finishes before full frontal nudity. Why are shoes & hose kept on so often? I think their removal can be a very erotic part of the strip, if performed & shot well. Another irritation, is the excessive touchy feely & use of dildos. Sure that is all well & good, but please lets have a proper full nude look at the model beforehand without the squeezing, groping & rogering. I also prefer unshaven or neatly trimmed to the near ubiquitous frozen chicken shaven look. There....Feel better now! Cap'n. Yes, indeed, a very pretty lady. Excellent outfit. I see you have taken shots of her taking her stockings off. That's nice. The removal of shoes & hose is so often missed out. I think it is one of the most erotic parts of the striptease. Plenty of clear full frontal nudity at the end of the set, I hope? Cap'n. That fundamentally is the issue. Most sites are mainstream and become a self-fulfilling prophecy of hardcore mediocrity. People keep buying it so they keep making it. Niche markets, such as ours, are less well off for suitable material. It is usually the smaller outfits that are prepared to listen to the likes of us. Inevitibly, you will occasionally get some overspill, where you get a customer asking for material they can get anywhere else on the net. Provided the Webmanager keeps focus, that should not be an issue & us niche lovers should continue to be supplied. Welcome to Nirvana! Cap'n. I really don't understand the reasoning behind it. Is it peer pressure, self-esteem or what? Do they think they will get more work if they have bigger breasts? Yes, very sad. On all sorts of levels. From the link you posted JB, it looks like she had already had an earlier boob job? Cap'n. How can a site give us what we want if we don't offer constructive criticism? 'Your site sucks!' is offensive and unhelpful. 'I don't like this or that about your site....' gives them something to consider changing. They really shouldn't take the hump about that. Cap'n. Virtually all awards ceremonies seem to be just any industry's excuse for preening, crawling, back-stabbing & a party. Not necessarily in that order! Cap'n. Another more recent member has disabled their account too. 'anyonebutme' As a fellow softcore afficionado, I hope they return soon. We can't afford to lose allies that easy! Cap'n. I don't know if this is the best place to convey the info, but I noticed when attempting to sign up to TeenDreams via TBP that the discount applicable to the CCBill transaction did not appear when trying to sign up via Epoch. CCBill STILL haven't amended their incorrect GEOIP database btw. Cap'n. I'm inclined to go with Ed's reasoning. I quite like photosets of 'amateurs' but they are usually much better shot by a professional photographer. Cap'n. I think there is plenty of scope within the format for variety. Once you get regular models established, I think return visits in a variety of outfits should provide some nice variations. Some variation in the set might help. Auxilia has found a couple of sites which seem to be doing OK just featuring ladies stripping from riding gear. Now that IS a limited niche! I must admit I quite like it, but for me it would be too samey after a few weeks. Cap'n. Yes, you are at least making an effort at editing. I'm intrigued, what is the new site you have launched? Cap'n.
