I doubt there was any real commercial with monks or anything else related to religion here in America. The mainstream population is pretty uptight and quick to bitch if everything isn't politically correct. That youtube video is just a good parody of a typical working man's beer commercial. Like Rick said, I think it would help a lot of we, the people who join the sites, would take the time to post a comment when they see a site that recycles content. I know I always check out what's been written here before considering a new site. If I see that a site adds old content as new, I'm likely to join once and forget about re-ups. I don't know the specifics of it in Virginia, but here in Maryland you can get something like 60% or more of the cost of a solar power system back. There are government subsidies and tax credits that make it worth looking into. It sounds like you have the ground available and, if Virginia is anything like here, it might be cost effective for you to get off the grid altogether. Yeah, more expensive than a backup generator at first, but in the long run, it can pay for itself. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

From what I've seen on the 'Net, there are a lot of warnings not to even try to earn a living from a website. I wish I could find the link, but there was this one page I saw that very clearly spelled out all the obstacles you encounter in trying to get a website off the ground. In the end, it seems that more sites fold than do restaurants - another business that's risky at best. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

I'm not saying I like the pets in shoots. I guess what I'm saying is that it could be a lot worse. The aforementioned angel wings and picture frames belong right up there with the obviously fake nurse uniforms - all of 'em well past being novel. Which is why I think we're seeing animals in the shoots now - they're running out of things that are fresh and cutting edge.

It's a shame all sites don't have a forum like this one, where feedback is taken into consideration and acted on rather quickly if an action is warranted. That way you could petition a site to stop including _______ in their shoots. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

I don't know

I'm sure Denner isn't looking to pump a bunch of negativity into the forum. He's obviously run into more than a few sites that he felt didn't even warrant reviewing. Most of us try to put up balanced reviews, pointing out the good and the bad so people can decide for themselves if a site's worth joining. All Denner's done is warn us - without reviews - that there are sites that don't have much worth looking at. He's simply asking if anyone else has some warnings for us. Just because porn is infinitely cheaper than it used to be, doesn't mean you should accept anything less than a good product. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

That problem is pretty common on older machines. My PC is about 5 years old and having USB drives running at boot used to make it freeze. I found out there was a setting in the BIOS that fixed the problem. Depending on how configurable your BIOS is, you might be able to correct the problem by changing a setting or with a BIOS update. Both of these look just fine playing back 1280 x 720 ~4000 kbps using windows media player on full screen.

#2: why would anyone want to lug a desktop to an area to a tv screen if a low end laptop can do the same thing. Enough said.

#3: A desktop with just the right components and speed to view a video using any monitor including a non-lcd monitor (CRT) and looking fine will do. But, a laptop with the same specs projecting to a LCD TV is essentially the same as a desktop hooked up to a LCD/CRT monitor. Just, the refresh and response rate can be lower/higher but this will not affect the image as long as the computer is quick enough to play it. Meaning, you are just using the laptop as a desktop when you are connected to a LCD TV. With that said, I've had great results with almost any processor running in the realm of GHZ and a integrated video card within the past few years (within maybe 5 years).

With all that said, almost any up to date laptop can display a fine image with an outgoing hdmi cable to a LCD TV.

I can't honestly say I've got a lot of experience with newer laptops, and I definitely haven't seen one with HDMI out, but I would still go desktop or mini tower over a laptop.

1. If it's part of an entertainment system, portability isn't any more of an issue than a DVD player or the speaker system.

2. Room for considerably more hard drive space.

3. For the cost of a laptop, you could get a mini ATX setup and still have money left over for a bunch of beer.

4. Related to 3, why pay for a screen you aren't using? Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

* Keith Moor
* From: Herald Sun
* December 29, 2009 11:08AM

SEX website boss Garion Hall has been charged with child pornography offences after Victoria Police raided his business and seized footage of allegedly illegal sex acts.

Mr Hall has also been charged with 54 counts of making objectionable films for gain and possessing a commercial quantity of objectionable films.

The charges relate to sexually explicit DVDs allegedly made by his multi-million-dollar company, G Media.

Mr Hall, 35, of Heidelberg, is due to appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court on January 27 to face 57 charges.

Two of Mr Hall's former models yesterday accused G Media of exploiting them and other nude models by not warning them it was illegal to profit from making objectionable films in Victoria.

The women, who appear on the G Media website as Blaire and Melita, claimed G Media used large cash incentives to lure naive women into performing sex acts on camera.

"Many G Media models are teenagers or students who are hard up for money and the offer of cash in hand certainly entices them to go much further than they would otherwise," Blaire, 23, said. "What they don't realise is once those sexually explicit images are on a DVD or website then they are there forever and may come back to haunt them when they are older and wiser."

Melita, 24, who used to work in G Media's office as well as model for the sex site, said she was horrified when G Media refused a plea from a pregnant Sudanese woman to remove explicit photographs of her from the website.

"Her father found out about her nude modelling, which included shots of her heavily pregnant," she said.

"He threatened to kill her and her unborn child if the photographs and videos were not removed so she begged G Media to get rid of them.

"After her request was refused, the Sudanese community was so fearful for this young woman's safety that members had a collection and then offered to pay G Media to take down the offending photographs.

"That request was also refused and those photographs are still on the site and making money for G Media.

"Another of our models died soon after posing and some of her friends suggested the explicit shots should be removed as a mark of respect.

"G Media refused and the shots of the dead woman -- who was only 19 -- are still on the site."

The Herald Sun revealed details in June of raids by Yarra CIU detectives on several G Media premises, including its head office in Fitzroy.

Computer records and DVDs allegedly containing material too graphic to be legally made in Victoria were among items seized.

Mr Hall was arrested at his Heidelberg home during the June raids. He was released after being questioned and was charged last week. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

New Year's Eve is one of those amateur nights - a night when people who don't drink all year long go out drinking. Amateur drunks tend to get too obnoxious for my taste. They also make driving (at least around here) not a happy proposition when trying to get home. I haven't gone out for New Years in probably 15 years. The page says shareware, but find the link at the top left of the page where it says register it for free and you'll see that they now give you a free key.

I guess their thought is that they'll grab more customers if they drop prices for people who don't have as much money as others. Messmer - It's crap like what you're looking at that feeds what I think is the biggest part of my rage. Just about everything we buy now is all hype with nothing to back it up. Companies publish mission statements, telling us about how dedicated they are to their product and their customers and, when comes down to proving it, you get "Push 1 for____, Push 2 for _____". Call centers, when there is one, have people who may or may not have a working knowledge of the product they supposedly represent. What they do have is a quota - as in, they're supposed to handle each call in x amount of time. Do they care? If you never get your problem resolved, the only one it affects is you.

MicroShaft has a nice history with putting out operating systems before they're ready. The driver issues with Win7 is the same crap everyone went through with XP. So plan on getting your optical drive running sometime around 2011

Welcome to capitalism in the 21st century. Bend over and smile. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

I'm glad someone's found happiness with a Windows machine - especially a Windows 7 machine. : - ) My mother's PC died early last week, so I went out and got her a slightly better than modest HP desktop so she could play her Text Twist and Mahjongg and send some email. Two days later, I get a call with her almost in tears because she can't find anything and the PC keeps locking up. "This is so much different than before - where is everything?", she asks. "And why does the screen freeze so much?"

The lockups were enough to take it back and put in a frantic order to Newegg for the parts to build her another XP machine. I didn't care for the GUI changes in 7 myself. Hell, I just grudgingly moved from 2000 to XP and I'm not thrilled with that!

As far as bringing your PC out of sleep mode only with the power button, I look at that as a good thing. I've seen where the mouse gets bumped, like when someone bumps into the desk, and the PC comes on when you don't really need it. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

I wouldn't compare them to any other site. I look at it more like signing up to walk into a pickpocket convention with a blindfold on. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

Holy shit, Witty! These guys are right - you've got way too much time to spend on this site. You even brought up stuff I'd forgotten I said. But, as seems to be your usual, GOOD JOB! It was a fun read! Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity.

Anyone who's paid any attention to my rants about this site has got to know that I'd like to see what people have to say about it. I've wondered why people still join and have asked why on here. And I still haven't seen anything other than a dirt cheap price that would make anyone even consider playing their games and tiptoeing through their . Despite my last comment about SkinVideo, and if you're not dedicated to only hi-def, you guys might have a browse there. I just ran through a couple of pages and it seems they're back on track with some "departures from the run-of-the-mill gonzo". A good mix of amateur and what they call pro-amateur stuff going up.
