Well... some do. Part of the reason I have the nick I do is because of my family. I was raised in a religiously divided family and, from the time I was a child, all I saw were the two sides fighting. I started questioning the validity of religion, especially Western religion, at a very early age. So, I left their dogma, in favor of more peaceful pursuits. And they think I'm the one who's crazy! I have to give kudos to the Swiss for not bowing to the demands of the Muslims. The United States has been killing itself for years because everything has to be "politically correct". Fuck that! I can't take that from someone who says, "I refuse to stop. We're just getting old, WWW. : - ) But, like Denner says, don't worry about it. I'd had the same thoughts as you. Other than still struggling to get a decent job, nothing's changed here. And I'm noticing all kinds of things that remind me I'm not 25 anymore. The arthritis in my neck gets worse, the knees don't seem like they're holding up as well as before and, the prescription for glasses gets stronger and stronger. (Maybe the cliché is true - I didn't stop it and now I'm going blind) All that to say, again, I wouldn't worry about it. It's just normal. Once again, going against the grain here. I actually like outdoor shoots. While I agree that some photographers tend to get a little too artsy when shooting outside, I like the variation you get in different locations. Indoor shoots look the same to me. It's almost always some avant-garde house, in either the bedroom, the kitchen or the living room. Once in a while maybe something as wild as ... ohhhh... a library! :yawn: Outdoor locations needn't lack intimacy, unless they're trying something as foolish as shooting in a public park or somewhere near a residential area. If you've ever had a sexual encounter in some secluded spot, far from people, you might know what I mean. Yes, shooting outdoors has it's share of problems. Lighting can't be controlled outside like it can inside, and shoots might have delays you wouldn't get indoors. But, to me, that just puts the burden of creating a good product on the photographer and the editting people. "Are you good at what you do? Show me!" I googled CybertronPC X-Cruiser 2 and see that there are a lot of different versions, ranging in price from $500 to $1400. The lower priced models look like they're a little weak in the memory department. Weak at least in terms of their being gaming machines which normally go for overkill. The video cards looked strong enough, so, if after getting the system going, you find that video skips or stutters, you might try a RAM upgrade. I was actually thinking about saying that, but I thought most people would see that as a radical solution. But a barebones PC with a latest generation video card, with HDMI outputs, would eliminate all the file type problems. I think I've said it elsewhere on here that porn in general has become somewhat boring. Except for the niche sites, we've been inundated with a bunch of porn that looks like it was written with the same script. Couple that with the economy being as bad as it is and I think they porn sites almost have to offer something to draw more customers. If they can't come up with something novel, all that's left is to drop the prices and/or update more often. I don't know exactly how things are in Denmark, but I regularly talk to your neighbors to the north in Sweden and Norway, and they're aren't too happy about their financial situation. I can't remember if I've said it on here, or on other forums where this subject was posted. I think it's a combination of what the women lack and what the guys lack. Sometimes the guy is "barely there" and not really into the sex. Being a porn star is just a job to him and it's just not exciting enough - especially if there's been a lot of takes on a scene. Add to that a woman who might not be all that accomplished in what she's trying to do and he's left to do it himself, just to finish the scene. It would be nice if all the women in porn were super skilled in every sex act, but that just isn't being realistic. I think I've told you guys before - I'm not that pretty anymore! That picture was from over 10 years ago. But, when I have encounters with people like that, I don't make faces or gestures. There was a commercial on TV years ago for perfume that said, "If you want to catch someone's attention, whisper". I learned something from that. I never gave to much thought to enlarging inbrowser videos, but here's a bit of a roundabout solution. Even though flash technology is changing and it doesn't grab as many flash files as it used to, the OrbitDownloader saves flash files to your drive. It's then an easy matter of playing it in the VLC media player where you can go up to full screen if you want. It can get tricky to get started with video editting, but files like that are a call for doing just that. I've gotten a few files with an 8,000+ bitrate and thought that was way over the top. Something in that seems gimmicky to me - just another company coming up with a product that really doesn't do too much that you can't do by other means. DVD players are already common, and I think most TVs these days are easily hooked up to a computer with just a cable. Unless the subscription fee includes stuff that's not already out on DVD or online, I see a very limited market for it. I don't agree with that at all! Or maybe I just don't understand what "cookie cutter" means to you. I don't think it has anything to do with the amount of content a site has. To me, it's more about the many sites that seem to have a formula. I'll concede that there are just so many ways people can fuck, but when they change the girl, change the stunt cock and it looks like the same scene over and over again, it gets old very quickly. Aside from the world-wide economic problems, I think that's a part of why porn is going through it's own recession. Just about everywhere you look, it's all cookie-cutter. So... she didn't win the award. This kind of site isn't my cup of tea anyway, but if I had been interested, that would've been a deal breaker right there. An out-and-out deception on their homepage isn't what I'd call a little suspicious. If they can put something like that on their homepage, that would just leave me wondering what other claims about their content isn't true. That does suck - That was the first app I added to my first PC and, like you, have been using it for years. I just recently found something called Glary Utilities and it is W7 compatible. It's not as one-click friendly as Window Washer but it might make a good replacement until Webroot gets up to speed. http://www.glaryutilities.com/gu.html

I've never seen a jpg of those proportions with a file size that huge. But here's one last thing to try. Open the file in MSPaint and save it as a bitmap (bmp). Then save it again as a jpg. I did those same steps, copying my avatar from here, and the file size went from 18.2kb to 2.03kb. So maybe that'll give you the compression you need. That sounds like it's a .bmp or .tiff file. Try using a graphics editor to save it as a jpg or, better still, a png file. Not that it'll matter much with a small picture, but you'll maintain better quality with a png. Sarcasm is a body's natural defense against stupidity. | |

With a file size that large, I'm assuming the picture is physically larger than the 100 x 100 maximum size allowed here. If that's the case, you'd need some form of graphics editting program to resize it.
