Agreed. Once your collection reaches a certain size then the ability to search effectively becomes important. Besides carefully cataloguing the actual sites/scenes/DVDs/models I keep a Word document that lists everything so I have two ways to search. On top of that, I flag scenes I like by creating a shortcut to it and then when I plug a drive in I can search the term "shortcut" and up come all my favorite scenes on that drive.

I think the reason that I prefer street clothes like jeans or shorts is that it is relatively rare. But even if it wasn't so rare that would be my choice anyway.

I'm old-fashioned, but my primary computer is a desktop. If I wasn't such a porn user that would be different, but it allows a hard connection to the internet and has more horsepower for the money than any other option. I do have other options, but by far my PC is the primary computer I use.

I agree. I have no idea why this is, but for me I find the British accent in porn to be distracting and even a turn off. Angel Long was pretty much the only exception to that rule.

It happens to me often. I'll see something that intrigues me and have to search out more. I'll admit that for the church-going crowd this would be interpreted to mean I'm following the 'normal' path to depravity: start with softcore and progress through all sorts of filth until I can only be satisfied by the most bizarre, inhuman and degrading porn ever made. Except that isn't true. Yes, I have an interest in BDSM (the kind where a sub female is given pleasure, not Max Hardcore 'throat-fucking' a young lass until she cries), but in the past year or so I've developed what a few years ago would seem to be a very strange interest for me: artcore or glamcore porn. I tend to prefer porn with a harder edge, and I definitely like anal scenes, so finding that I like more sensual, predominantly vaginal-based porn is out of character for me.
And then there's the time I watched a 'casting' video last year. I think I've had a membership to every casting site on the 'net now.

I bought Internet Download Manager when Free Download Manger stopped working. I find IDM stable and fast but the one drawback it has when compared to FDM is that IDM takes a longer time to stitch together all the bits of the file it downloaded.

For me it really varies. I usually aim for a broad niche of 18-20 year olds, especially if the site offers a lot of anal. But I'll also buy memberships to more specific sites too. Sometimes I'll even buy a membership to a site I really have little interest in just to get a scene from a model I like.
So in other words, I'm pretty promiscuous with my porn dollars.

I can't imagine that I'd ever encounter a scene that I wanted that I thought was too big a download. I've downloaded scenes that exceeded 5GB, though those are rare. With a fast internet connection and harddrive space being so cheap, I don't see any real limits. All that might change if my ISP ever imposes bandwidth caps.
Having said all of the above, I had gone through a phase where I downloaded the best available, which was often 1080p. I've since rethought that and now download 720p because for 95% of my viewing the additional resolution makes no difference.
