Pornographers must also satisfy customer like myself who have a 24/7 download operation. They are filming hot naked women, I do not think I would share much pity for them if they had to work overtime. Besides, if they are short handed all they need to do is come on here or post a sign at the mall or something and ask for volunteers. Guys would line up for a mile to get a chance at that!
Updating once a week does not cut it. Updating a couple times a week is okay so long as they are large updates. Daily is ideal and is what is needed to keep me coming around.
Updating it small videos or pictures does not count either. HD has been out for a while now and most of us consider 720 to be par for videos. Pictures at just 100% zoom should offer tits on my screen bigger than my head. The 1000 px pictures are only for amateur "post your ex" sites. Long story short, frequent updates are important but they need to be worthwhile updates.

One thing to be careful about is the way the question is worded it is asking about kilobytes, not bits. There is a factor of eight, many know this and others do not.
Looking at the question I assume he does actually mean kilobytes, but the first choice makes it hard to tell. Dial up is no where remotely near 100 kilobytes/second. It was legally limited to 53 KBit/s, which of course is less that 7 KBytes/s.
Many broadband ISPs offer at least a few MBit/s. I had a 3 MBit DSL for two years which was extremely consistent. Now I have a 15 MBit cable connection that was good for the first three months but seems to be acting very funny (different story).
Getting more than 1.5 MByte/s downloads on a single file is rare without splitting. If you use either splitting of download many files at once most sites can sustain 45 MBit/s, and some as high as 90.

I would treat her the same as any other woman there.

Go with Twistys. The videos a much better and they update a lot more than DDG. A lot of the DDG videos spend 70% of the time fading from one screen to another so you do not get many clear shots.

There should never be any "downgrading" unless they want a downgrade in memberships. I am all for high end videos and personally think they are more important, but pictures should ever be far behind in quality. The same goes for picture sites with videos. I have seen picture sites with great pictures but horrible videos. They should try to keep them somewhat close to each other. When a site does not it just seems sloppy.

EASEUS Partition Master 5.0.1 Home Edition
You can download it and use it free from downloads.com. I have used it a few times and it works pretty well for formatting to FAT32. It only takes a few minutes and is pretty simple to run.

Got have something a little different every now and then. I actually joined the site for the women sized more like Gianna Micheals, there are some and there is certainly a lot of women on there that are well beyond what I like. They do have some women with about a 38-40 inch waist and huge natural boobs, this is what I was going for and what I consider "plump". They do also have some 400 inch waists too, not so much of what I want.

I joined this site about 2 years ago and it has grown a good bit since. I wanted to see what new stuff they had was pleased in some areas and not so much in others
If you like larger women than this is a good place to start. There is a fair amount of content now and a they vary the scenes. The women also vary in size. There are plenty of very large women but also a number of plump.
I need to mention that I prefer plump as compared to very large. I mostly just like how large their breast become, and how they look in proportion their body. I do not like overly large women, but I will try to keep that bias out of this review since it is a site for larger women after all.
I seemed to be disappointed frequently with this site because often times I would see a woman with the body shape I was looking for but all she did was a POV blowjob. In other words it was a wasted scene for me because all I would see was a dick. I am not a fan of blowjob scenes, especially POV, these border on gay in my eyes. Now there was a number of scenes with the plump women in hardcore and solo, so it was not waste by any means. There is also a good amount of interracial scenes, also not a fan, but I know that some are. Example, on of my favorites Gianna Michaels, guess what her scenes are? You guessed it, blowjob only and we all know she is willing to do anything! Grr.
The newer stuff looks pretty good at 3 MBit/s. This is not the highest by today's standards but it is certainly decent quality and does at least help control file sizes. Older videos are at 1 MBit/s and are usually okay looking but some are not so good. It would be nice if they could remaster some of the older stuff. The better videos started around June of 2009. They went back and forth for a few weeks on the 3 and 1 MBit during that time. Pretty much everything from then forward is at 3 MBit. The site claims the 1 MBit videos are 1.5, but they are 1.
They now have four video options. HD is 3 Mbit wmv, there is a medium wmv and low wmv, and they have IPhone mp4. Older videos have wmv at 1 Mbit or 0.6 MBit plus a mp4 format.
As for picures 667px × 1,000px is typical and certainly not impressive. Oddly the landscapes style pictures are larger? Humm... Older pictures are simply screens and look terrible. This is in no way a picture site. The sets can range anywhere from 20 to over 500 pictures.
The site claims there is currently "Videos: 4,462 Pictures: 91,721 Scenes: 831 Models: 230", but do not be fooled, they are counting each of the video otions as a seperate video. Sneaky bastards!
Recommend to join?
Yes, if you like larger woman and are not a picture fan. Daily updates and a decent price go a long way. Tons of fun here. ;)

I would like to add my two cents here. I do not think that he did a bad review. We may disagree with his views on download limits but that can be largely do to preferences and browsing styles.
He gave a good amount of detail and provided backing for his thoughts. He told us why he scored how he did. You do not have to agree with his score for you to find the review useful. Because he explained everything he enabled us to score the site in our own mind and that is what is important. As for the "shilling" he did mention some cons that are very good to know about. So it was an honest and useful review in my book, and we can see that at least two others agree (trust votes).
I believe a few of you were a pretty harsh on him with no real cause to do so. Do not be so quick to throw out a red flag simply because a new reviewer comes along and gives a site a good review. It just may be that he liked the site enough that he thought it warranted going out on a limb and telling others about it. It seems you cut down the limb he when out on. He has since disabled his account and I can not say I blame him. This is exactly how to chase away new members, and I have a felling that he might have been a good asset for this site.
350z. If you happen to read this please do come back. I for one would be glad to see you tell us about more of your experiences, especially if you can replicate the quality of this review.
Funny part is one of the guys who give 350z shit only had 6 review points and the other was a big fat goose egg. Come on guys, if you are going to haze someone make sure you are not a newbie yourself. You two should consider yourselves bitch slapped.

I never had issues with their site. You seem to have an awful lot of pros in there to give it a 51, or a 20% as you say. Did you try to get a hold of their customer service? Did you try clearing all your cookies, brownies, and other baked goods?
