I'd ask for her autograph, and maybe try to get a photo of her taken with me. But I wouldn't be pushy about it. Everyone wants to be respected.

I would treat her the same as any other woman there.
She is there to unwind or there to meet people, either way I believe she would want to be treated the same as any other woman would be treated in the same situation.
I voted "buy me a beer" just to be goofy. Maybe she likes a little bit of goofiness. If she doesn't I do not think I would get along with her much anyway.

I'd gauge her mood - if I read her vibe as "leave me alone", I'd follow the path that Jay G describes. If I got a different vibe, I'd go over and say, "Hi" and offer to buy her a drink and chat a bit. I'm not into the autograph thing - I lose them anyway - and I never have a camera with me, but I'd enjoy chatting with her and find that memorable.

I can't be sure how I'd handle it but I hope that I'd have the guts to simply go up to her and say hi and how are you doing. Then the rest would be based on her reply and/or attitude.

Ditto, that. I may want to chat her up as well, but that's about it. Now if she wants to engage in something deeper...that's another story.
I recently ran into a porn star in a Target store in Woodland Hills CA (just south of Chatsworth) and just said "I really enjoy your work." She said thanks and that was it. BTW, she was modestly dressed with her nice mammaries packaged properly and looked like a sweet but gorgeous babe. She turned a lot of heads.
A while back I was in an Orthopedic doctor's waiting room when Randy West came in looking like the total stud. Tempted as I was I left him totally alone, as did everyone else. I still wonder why I never said anything to him.

I voted "Go get a reality check." as I don't know why I'd be in a bar in the first place. But if I was in a bar for some reason I would still get the reality check for seeing a porn star.

I think it would depend who I am with. If I am alone, I would be more active, probably doing as Jay G. says, nodding and recognizing her, or even asking for an autograph; if I am with other people who don't know about my liking porn, I would probably do nothing at all...
